@M - I don't make up jokes much these day - it's a young man's game - I used to write comedy sketches for revues when I was an undergraduate and new doctor; although these were also mostly plagiarized and adapted.
But I still have an occasional urge for humour - which some people always take literally; because part of the joke is that it not be labelled as such
Some memes are very funny, but I'm a bit nostalgic for the days people used to make up their own jokes.

I made this joke up yesterday. What do you call someone delivering a lecture on Freud and Jung in a dreadful fake Cockney accent? Dick Van Psych.
