And without that right motivation the texts are worthless - as I find the Anthroposophical Society to be... With the exception of their publication of texts; with a single exception I have come across (Terry Boardman), Anthroposophists are supporters of and insiders to all the materialism and inversions of Leftist modernity.

So, in that sense Steiner is dispensible, everybody is dispensible, all scriptures and churches and teachers are dispensible - because we may know directly.

And maybe that is the situation we are approaching, since there is so much disinformation, dishonesty and distortion that (on average, and with very high probability) any and all outside sources will mislead. I don't doubt the value of the insights you've gleaned from wrestling with him, but it very much seems like those insights can be found more easily and more clearly expressed from thinkers besides Steiner.

- Carter Craft TheDoctorofOdoIslandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06654695224557150961noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4683970826895755480.post-68733130052652499812018-11-25T20:07:28.517+00:002018-11-25T20:07:28.517+00:00I find myself wondering how much danger I'm in...I find myself wondering how much danger I'm in of being set up as such an idol in the end.

Not too much, I suspect, at least not on a large scale.

But the more pertinent question is whether any person with substantial knowledge of my writings (or life) should be in any sincere doubt as to any goodness in them being of myself rather than of Christ. I think it is difficult to always make sufficiently clear that 'goodness' isn't really my thing at all. At least, it is difficult to clarify within the bounds of polite discourse.Chiu ChunLinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03519192610708043962noreply@blogger.com
