I think in this case you mean <>. I do supplement the dopamine system and it has greatly increased my ability to focus on external happenings. But I was super motivated before supplementation--its just the energy was spent (without much personal choice) on internal rumination. People likely saw me as unmotivated not realizing I had a very rich internal dialogue. The low dopamine made it hard to communicate, making the act of bridging the gap to the outside world extremely tiring. <br /><br />What is it about communicating that drains an innie? ITs a lot of work and there's a real limit to how much you can do. Dopamine helped me push out my limit but its more complicated than that.
