This explains why God would allow salvation...Amen.<br /><br />This explains why God would allow salvation to be mediated through family lines, through Abraham and his seed, and Jacob/Israel and his seed. They are just a microcosm of the big picture. It's like a fractal. At the highest level, what you have is salvation and happiness through family love, with a universal father and a universal family. Within that there is the family of Adam. Within that there is the family of Abraham/Israel. Within that there are, say, the tribes of Israel (which in Mormonism, at least, we are adopted into).
