What a genius wants - and indeed needs - may be poison to people in general. </i><br /><br />That's because people get hooked on the high of ecstatic states, but stop there. It is the traditional trap of the mystic - to become enamoured and entranced by potent altered states. The state is not the aim but a collateral benefit.
