Tales of the Trigan Empire! - that brings back memories. When I was young I used to go through one of my uncles' old collection of books and magazines that were kept in our barn. Apart from Biggles, my favourites were the Look and Learn magazines with 'Tales of the Trigan Empire'. Don Lawrence was a master illustrator.
Good heavens ... I thought I was the only person on earth to have read "Tales from the Trigan Empire!" Perhaps it was a secret reactionary project to brainwash kids?
