2020 was the year when there was a completely successful coup in which global-totalitarianism took-over all the nations of the world; conclusive evidence for which was that the various previous governance procedures of nations were displaced by diktat - and under such a system the peoples of the whole world were "locked down".
Early 2020 was an extraordinary moment in history!
Not least because (it seemed at the time) hardly anybody noticed or recognized that it had happened - a perfect, silent takeover had been accomplished; under cover of fake-necessity concealed by the stalking horse that was the Birdemic.
So... A silent coup, an unopposed takeover, and therefore almost entirely un-noticed at the time - and indeed hardly acknowledged since.
By the early summer of 2020; the world was (almost literally) under-the-thumb of the totalitarian leadership class: confined to quarters, mentally terrorized into compliance, physically separated, masked and anonymized - utterly pacified!
And the expectation was that this was only the start of such-things, and the situation would surely be made complete and permanent...
Allowable public debate was confined to discussing whether all this was enough to make people "safe", or else whether conditions should be made more restrictive.
The expectation was for "more of the same" - a world under a single authority; a world of omni-surveillance and micro-control.
Then, quite rapidly in the high summer of 2020, and even less recognized then and since: a second coup!
Into this situation of triumphant totalitarian control, of top-down pacification, was injected the phenomenon of race war.
Suddenly, the world's unity and obedience was severed by mandatory antiracism...
Hostile groups were created, encouraged, subsidised, given legal immunity - and very swiftly, what had been a distinctively American species of mutual destruction; was spread across most of the world, and bureaucratically-incorporated into all the major social institutions (officialdom, mass media, law, religions, education, science etc. - and even sports, even cricket!...)
The divisive chaos of a manufactured US race war was deliberately imposed on the world; by that same new-formed, centrally-controlled, bureaucratic-media system that had been created and enforced by the Birdemic.
Evidently - as so often happens in revolutions - the first and successful coup had been co-opted by a second revolution - with different aims.
Whereas the first Birdemic coup of early 2020 was aiming at a totalitarian controlled world of order; the second antiracism revolution was aimed at dis-order.
Whereas the first revolution had used centralized power to make all the nations and the peoples of the world one for the first and only time in human history! One in their obedient docility...
The second revolution seized the new-forged instruments of surveillance and coercion and encouraged division, mutual hostility, break-up, violence...
And the same centre of globalist totalitarianism (but now "under new management") began to kindle resentments and fears that had been almost wholly suppressed by the Birdemic-coup.
They have since fanned into flames the embers of those many and highly lethal post-2020 inter-national, inter-ethnic, inter-religious conflicts, gratuitous wars - with multiple provocations, escalations, fake pennant events - and so forth.
Because the second revolution was silent, unnoticed, unacknowledged - it has not only been able to present its own plans for destructive chaos as if they were part of the first revolutions program; but also to subvert and invert the established plans for totalitarian surveillance and control.
The biggest and best example is the phenomenon of "AI" - which is regarded by the advocates of the first, Birdemic, revolution as a tool for surveillance and control; but which is actually an agent of socially-destructive chaos.
2020 was indeed a watershed year in which "everything changed": the year of two silent and invisible and imperceptible international coups; the year of successful double global revolution: first the making of a system for world control; and then the seizing and usage of this system to induce global chaos... which continues and increases, on a daily basis.
Note: The ultimate, and causal, reality behind these proximate political phenomena was spiritual. It was an evolutionary change from the ascendancy of one form of evil to another. Evil is "progressive" - unless repented, it feeds upon itself and gets more-evil. As the "Ahrimanic" evil seeking power reached its apex of success; it began to be displaced by the more advanced and purer "Sorathic" evil that spitefully sought the suffering and eventual destruction of all that is of-God, Good - of divine creation and its aspects of Men and other Beings, of Nature... eventually everything.

omnistatism tends towards chaos for the same reason omnigodism tends towards nothingness. they both ignore change. they feed of each other because that's the only way they can accomodate change, and preventing progress. the two revolutions had been dancing for a long time. when the great birdemic step was taken, the other leg took its own great stride. then totalitarianism added AI, now the wars. etc. the dark extreme always ends up the winner when the light extreme is attempted. chaos has the upper hand not only now but even already during the birdemic. the shifting explanations and differing policies. i believe they wanted even more control than they had, but they couldn't achieve it, and rven what they did crumbled very quickly.
@Laeth - Chaos was baked-into the Great Reset totalitarianism with leftism - which is a double-negative value system of perpetual opposition and revolution.
This is why the second coup shift from control to chaos was (and until recently still was) seamless and invisible to the leadership class.
Now there is an increasingly obvious war among the elites, although they cannot really understand what is happening - because they reject God and hate creation - hence repentance is literally inconceivable.
Therefore the agents of chaos hold most of the trumps (pun intended) - especially because dysfunctional destruction is *so much* easier to achieve than control, and the elites were already more-than-half in love with (preferably-) easeful death.
Its astonishing how ham handed the coups were and equally how successful they were. Successful in a sense as we know were things will go. Funny how obvious warnings like the tower of babel in Genesis are ignored... It was striking how basic sensewas lost, during the birdemic in my southern state basketball hoops were boarded up and other assualts on basic intelligence...
@RJC - In England people were forbidden to sit down outside, and park benches were therefore removed or taped-off...
I was a lecturer in Epidemiology and Public Health for three years (1993-96) - and it was fascinating to observe how a century of experience and knowledge concerning respiratory infections was thrown-out over the space of a couple of weeks - in favour of incoherent and untested but compulsory theories, made-up and changed as required.
It was also interesting to observe that nearly all epidemiologists and public health physicians were more than happy to go along with this, and eager endorse whatever was the latest nonsense - while heaping scorn and venom on anyone who pointed out how all major aspects of Birdemic totalitarianism (society-wide lockdowns, school closures, hospital de facto closures, ceasing treatment for other diseases - including acute cancers, masking and protective clothing, swabbing etc) were in stark conflict with established practices for real epidemics of the kind this one was supposed to be.
But didn't the mandatory anti-racism, and all the attempts to induce a popular obsession with race (which seem to be mostly backfiring), begin long, long before 2020, even outside the USA?
I personally suspect it is all part of a campaign to undermine existing, traditional social bonds and replace them with an atomised society where the only bond is "diversity", that is, soulless universalism... Rather than chaos.
Your own theory seems somewhat similar, or perhaps analogous, to the plot of That Hideous Strength. (Which is not a criticism.)
@M - I'm talking about the overall aims of the dominating world political system, rather than any particular theme. The point of early 2020 was surely that the whole world had been pacified and confined under essentially the same rules, everywhere. But by the end of the year, the confinement had (for example) been broken in the USA; centrally directed; with exemptions allowed on the basis of race riots, destruction, theft, violence etc - control, pacification and confinement were lost - chaos was being encouraged.
The nature of antiracism became dominant in the USA during the 1960s. What happened in 2020 was that this was (for a while) significantly imposed on much of the rest of the world, even outside the West - using the new worldwide bureaucratic reach.
What both phenomenons had in common was a) that they were globally applied and b) imposed from above without anyone asking for them.
The Birdemic control was of course imposed in countries all over the world with strikingly similar rules, disregarding any local differences. But I remember that at the height of the BLM riots there were protests even in Finland, of all places. They were obviously not organic.
AI-dolatry is also being imposed globally, and, again, without anyone having asked for it. For instance, now we have "AI summaries" everywhere, when no one really needed them before, and it's not even clear what purpose do they serve. Maybe reducing people's attention span even more? Instead of watching a 20 second TikTok video, people now can just read a summary? Only that the videos are also "AI". At least YouTube has been clearly pushing "AI" videos, "AI" automatic dubbings, etc. Even if you don't want anything to do with "AI", it's hard to escape it.

wrt "AI" summaries - since the computer does not understand anything; these can only be "useful" when it isn't important, when it doesn't matter whether or not the summary is valid.
The fact that so many people have told me that they often use such summaries combined with the examples they give - I take to be evidence either of the triviality of the tasks for which they are being deployed; or the user's indifference to the quality of his work. Or both.
