Functionality is taxed, parasites are subsidized and enforced - there, in a nutshell, is the reason why the globalist totalitarian project has already collapsed; because this is happening in all social institutions, and the effect is synergistic. 

There is now no way out, because there are more parasites than functional people or groups: the parasites have wealth, power, and influence. 

Of course, when the functionality has become so weak, impoverished and rare - the functional offer slim pickings for parasites. 

The parasites have turned-upon each other; which is why the world is suddenly (in just a few years!) full of rumours of war, preparations for war, and ever more actual wars - all of which are escalating and spreading - on purpose, strategically - albeit invisibly to the masses. 

The globalist totalitarians - with their shrinking time horizons - see war as a last-ditch justification and possibility for achieving total control of all functionality in context of actual (or perceived) total war. 

They don't realize (or suppress the knowledge) that channelling all functionality into war is itself intrinsically destructive in an absolute sense of consuming and annihilating resources, people, effort. 

In the past, such profound destruction was somewhat mitigated if the war was genuinely well-motivated among participants having truly positive motivations - perhaps of a religious or patriotic nature, in a world where groups were rooted in a family feeling that was itself positive. 

But that is not the case for the dominant world civilization as of now: its people are not so much "motivated" as bribed, coerced, deceived; and manipulated by negative-motivations such as fear, resentment, and spitefulness - and they know it! 

And, often, celebrate it. 

Good does not come from evil; and evil can only be turned to good by those who are motivated by good - and none of the actually-existing grouping of Western humanity with wealth/ power/ influence are good. 

No, not even "your church" - which is actually part of the problem - as you know deep down; even when you have hope that it may cease to be so.

Even when your core hope is that your-church's goodness may enable it to be rebuilt from the relatively-powerless micro-minority of those you regard as honest, correctly aligned and good-motivated persons. 

Social functionality is not, and never has been, spontaneous: when it happens it is a secondary consequence more powerful motivators, all of which have been eroded to near-extinction. 

Functionality therefore cannot be attained as a primary goal. It arises, if at all, consequent upon some more profound and general motivation of a positive kind. 

And that is what is required; starting with me and you - because we are not going to find it waiting to be taken off-the-peg from anyone, or anywhere, else. 

Evil is a subtype of Entropy, in this Pluralistic-Animistic divine creation

I have often written about the twin ultimate-problems (ineradicable insufficiencies) of this, our mortal life; under the headings of Entropy and Evil. 

My understanding of reality is that its fundamental divisions or units are eternal Beings, i.e living-Beings; such that (to modify the title of William James's book) this is an Pluralistic Animistic universe; i.e. there are many fundamental entities (not one); and these fundamental entities are alive, purposive, with agency and other attributes of Beings.  

Because things began with many Beings; God's divine creation (that we inhabit) is the primary source of cohesion: in a crude sense, by creation God imposed harmony on pre-existing and originally autonomous Beings. 

For creation to be sustained (insofar as it is sustained) there must me harmony/ cooperation/ cohesion etc between the Purposes and motives of the many Beings which constitute creation. 

Otherwise, divine creation will tend to fall apart - with different Beings pursuing different goals, or living by different values.  

It is this tendency for divine creation to fall-apart into a chaos of competing directions and behaviours that is the essential cause of the tendency named Entropy: i.e. the tendency of all life, order, organization, forms, functionality etc to decline towards chaos, with time. 

The primary source of Entropy is therefore the disharmony of Beings.

Therefore we need to stop thinking of Entropy abstractly, as if it was a branch of physics, as if it was some kind of force (or anti-force) that broke-up stuff... 

Instead, we should think of entropy as a consequence of the fact that the Beings of divine creation are imperfectly aligned in their nature and purposes. 

Our situation is that we may find ourselves loving God and experiencing profound desiring to live in harmony with divine creation; but we simply cannot do this in reality as we experience it, in this mortal life - because of our innate nature, because of the way we are (and have been) eternally.  

We may want to live in harmony with divine creation, but we cannot. 

But not all Beings want to live in harmony with divine creation, and some Beings hate God; and these are Beings that have chosen (or, at least, are currently choosing) Evil.

So, Evil can be defined as a kind of chosen Entropy; when the inevitable disharmony between our-selves and divine creation is made into the positive choice our-selves to oppose divine creation.  

From this perspective we can see that Evil is a type of Entropy - in a sense a worse type of Entropy: a positive decision to pursue negative outcomes. And worse than non-evil-Entropy; because Entropy is universal and unavoidable, whereas Evil makes the personal choice to oppose divine harmony....

Motives for Evil are various, but perhaps some kind of resentment or grudge against God and the imposed aspect of divine creation, might be the most basic motivation.  

Aims of Evil, too, are various. 

Perhaps the aim is to exploit divine harmony in pursuit of personal gratification or other selfish benefit; perhaps (more extremely) to oppose divine harmony simply from a desire to see it destroyed, taking spiteful pleasure in the destruction. 

This was the unavoidable human condition, blighted by ineradicable Entropy, and worsened by chosen Evil; and the situation for all Beings, until the advent of Jesus Christ. 

Jesus was a mortal Being, incarnated into this world of imperfect harmony between Beings - but Jesus himself loved God wholly; and was himself (at least, at the time of his ministry, after his Baptism by John) wholly-aligned with divine creation. 

Jesus was himself mortal: which is to say he was subject to Entropy. And Jesus was subject also to Evil. However; because Jesus was perfectly aligned with God and creation he knew that after death he could (and would) be remade as himself but "perfectly" - in other words, resurrected into eternal life, freed from Entropy. 

Resurrection takes our aspiration to live wholly in harmony with divine creation, and rebuilds us from that basis.

Furthermore, Jesus knew that if or when others had followed him into this eternal (because wholly-aligned, Entropy-purged) state of resurrection - which remaking process would be guided by Jesus himself - then a world of such persons would be a world without Evil.

In eliminating Entropy, resurrection also eliminates Evil, as a subsidiary effect. 

And this wholly-harmonious and wholly-God-aligned post-mortal world would be Heaven: in which the deepest and ineradicable problems of this mortal life are eliminated; and free and creative Beings live spontaneously in harmony (loving God and each-other), and from common aims and motives. 

 

Leftist Western supporters of bureaucratic totalitarianism ("knowledge-workers") are One-Step dupes of the Agents of Chaos

Just an observation. 

It is striking that the Leftist Westerners who support the ideals of bureaucratic totalitarianism - I mean mostly those "knowledge-workers" of the managerial, state official, and intellectual-worker class - are operating in a bubble of inverted misconception. 

These folk are passionately committed to institutions such as the UN, WHO, EU, the Left political parties, Environmentalist and other "charity" NGOs with ideals such as diversity and equality. They see themselves as wanting a compassionate and fair society, with utilitarian aims, operated on rational grounds by technical and professional experts (such as themselves). 

Yet they actively support, admire, pin their hopes on the Agents of Chaos - the top leadership class who now control the UN, EU and all the other agencies and groups to whom the Western totalitarians affiliate. 

And the Western knowledge worker class viscerally oppose the global representative of exactly that kind of utilitarian, bureaucratic, legalistic totalitarianism which they so much admire! Especially fearing and hating the Fire Nation to the east of Europe, and the Earth Kingdom of the far east: nations that are (overall) striving to retain and restore a version of the late twentieth century system of international law and relative "toleration" between the nation-powers. 

My interest in this phenomenon is that almost all of the Western knowledge-worker class - e.g. lawyers, academics, religious leaders, teachers, scientists and the multitude of bureaucrats and managers - i.e. those who are, in principle, the most intelligent and "well-informed" of the masses; have been duped into solidly, stubbornly, supporting exactly that ideology of mutually-destructive chaos which aims to wipe-out the entire utilitarian-totalitarian project (starting with its most powerful national advocates). 

The Western knowledge-workers therefore diligently sustain and serve the agenda of those who strategize to destroy everything they most cherish!

In a nutshell; the Western supporters of Lawful Evil, oppose the not-Western supporters of Lawful Evil; while vehemently actively promoting and sustaining the Western agents of Chaotic Evil*. 

I find this fascinating, as a psycho-social phenomenon. I mean, the way that such a large group of people can be so thoroughly brainwashed to work so hard against their own interests**. 

It is a telling example of the domination of One-Step self -interested reasoning I discussed yesterday. 

It is exactly because the Western knowledge-workers are so in-thrall to One-Step reasoning, that they are so pathetically (and indeed despicably) vulnerable to such gross manipulation.

*The situation somewhat resembles that described for Saruman and the Uruk-Hai in the Lord of the Rings.

Saruman represents the Western Agents of Chaos in the leadership class of the West; and the Western knowledge-workers are the Uruk-Hai. 

The Uruk-Hai are presented as law-abiding orc-Men (hybrids specifically bred by Saruman...), who are loyally devoted and obedient to Saruman, who himself spouts a cynically-dishonest rhetoric of fairness, control, order... which cynical rhetoric is taken at face value and believed-in by the Uruk-Hai... 

Meanwhile; Saruman has become a petty, sadistic, spitefully-destructive individual - whose overmastering motivation is increasingly rooted in resentment and fear; and whose primary desire is vengefully to torment and kill his grudge enemies. 

Thus the Lawful Evil of the hard-working and conscientious Uruk-Hai/ Western knowledge-workers are set to work on a campaign of Chaos.

**The same applies mutatis mutandis to (almost) whole nations, such as the entity I have termed CHOAM (word-search it) whose people (it seems to be a large majority of them) are being willingly, indeed enthusiastically (?), led-towards their own descent into chaos and annihilation; under the deceptive rhetoric of of their rulers' pretence to be pursuing increased national power and system-expansion/ -consolidation.   

 

Note: I am presenting this as an observation, and not intending that it be interpreted as a prescription for how the supporters of bureaucratic evil ought more effectively to pursue their self-interest! I do not wish to support either of the main strategies of evil: neither totalitarian nor chaotic. But I believe that we can only avoid being drawn-into supporting one or the other species of evil, by understanding the actual situation - including its wilfully self-blinded and delusional nature. 

Boomer versus Millennial ideology (and potential spirituality)

Because of the development of human consciousness, there is necessarily a generational effect in terms of the nature and possibilities when it comes to ideology - and also to spirituality. 

Biological generations used to be 25 years, but are now more like 30 years; since reproduction became increasingly delayed - and the popular usage of "cultural" generations actually references (more or less) biological half-generations. 

On that basis; I would like to compare (my) post-WWII Baby Boom ("Boomer") generation, with that of their children - who are mostly Generation Y ("Millennials"). 

Also, in order to confirm apparent trends, we would need to go back to the Boomer's parents' and their grandparents' generations; in order to get four approximate time-points.  

What can be seen across this span, is that the size-of-group with which people effectively identify has become smaller with each generation. 

And, as a consequence - the group identification has gone from being (at least somewhat) a positive aim (i.e. "we favour such-and-such a state of affairs" - i.e. a utopian ideology for my-group) to increasingly a double-negative value system (i.e. "we are against such-and-such evils" - i.e. an anti-my-group-dystopian ideology). 

That is, there was an incremental trend from propositional towards oppositional morality and values. 

The shrinking of group size went from the nation grouping (and or race) which may number tens of million; down by stages to a minority subculture - a grouping which may be tiny in proportion and/or numbers. 

And this shrinkage brings with it the de facto impossibility of a utopia - because a plausible utopia cannot be much smaller than a (not too large) nation. 

By contrast, the modern "identity groups" are tiny minorities, who cannot realistically aspire to a society organized around their desires; and who consequently are organized around fear and resentment of the majority who in various ways restrict (or potentially might restrict) this minority. 

Group size shrinkage is also confirmed by the nature of dominant mass media that define, sustain, and amplify group identity. 

In my childhood, for example, there were just two television channels, later rising to three then (in 1984) four. This meant that every TV programme had a viewership of many millions, and a high proportion of the relevant population shared (and was shaped by) this experience. 

The relevant categories with which people identified for Boomers and earlier were large: race or nation; social class or sex, and from Boomers a large age-category such as "teenager". And the media-mediated virtual "peer groups" for (e.g.) women or teenagers were also very large both proportionately and in actual numbers. 

For Boomers; to be an English woman or teenager, was to be one among many millions - with whom one identified.  

By the time of the Millennials (i.e. the Boomer's children) children there were first videos, then DVDs, then tens or hundreds of TV channels; then "broad band" access to uncountable sources of entertainment, information, ideology... 

The attitude changed from being one among millions; to (increasingly) selecting an ever-smaller (and self-selected) niche group - with whom one identified. 

A century ago there was a time when both the religious churches, and anti-religious atheist-communist parties, were selective, exerted sometimes-extreme discipline and control - i.e. the group-entity regulated inclusion and membership. 

But these organizations (whether churches or anti-religious) have progressively shrunk or collapsed - or else assimilated to the (always changing) profile of the mass mainstream. Millennials do not "identify" with the mass mainstream - they are instead induced to compliance by PSYOPS, threats, sanctions - and bribes. 

Because ideology among Millennials and those younger, is extremely "niche"; the groups must pander in order to recruit and retain members; this is required as there is so little and such feeble psychological (or spiritual) spontaneous group affiliation.

But Boomer ideology still retains a much greater element of self-influence by the past larger social groupings, than does the ideology of Millennials onwards. 

This may somewhat explain why large/ wealthy/ powerful/ influential organizations have been so reluctant to retire the Boomers - so that the biggest institutions/ nations seem to prefer semi- (or more than semi-) demented Boomers as "leaders"; rather than recruiting from the younger generations. 

Boomers have usually retained the expectations and values of their childhood and youth - from a time and consciousness when the world was segmented into relatively few categories. 

Consequently Boomers think of the world and the future in terms of few and large functional societal units - whether these units are multi-national/ global institutions, nations, mega-corporations, or whatever. 

But the Boomers are becoming incapacitated and dying; and later generations Will Not - first because they do not want to, but also because they indeed cannot - perform the same function as did Boomers. Later generations have changed, and the world has changed... 

If such generational change is (as I believe) indeed a consequence of the development of human consciousness, then it is irresistible; and the largest social categories will break down. 

Human society will then, presumably, "fragment" - and into ever smaller and less-positively-cooperative units - and the process may (indeed I think it shall) continue down to the level of individual persons. 

In other words; human consciousness has been on a trend towards individual autonomy, including personal choice - but this trend has not yet been fully manifested in societal organization. 

What we fundamentally believe is becoming more and more a matter of our personal choice. 

Choice includes choice of "friends" and allies; and choice among mass-social media for support; but also and more significantly: the fundamental choice either to believe-in what we know to be reality... 

Or instead to live-by what we know to be false in fundamental ways (which is what most people are currently doing).

Once this process has reached its completion; individual-level autonomy of consciousness and the primacy of choice will then become just A Fact Of Life; an aspect of reality around-which we would need-to choose-to operate.  

Stereotyping is a functional necessity in this world - yet an evil, all the same!

Stereotypes - I mean valid ones, which spontaneously stereotypes tend to be - are useful; indeed they are essential to social functioning in this-world. 

Of course in the modern West, several key stereotypes have been inverted; and this is a significant cause of societal dysfunction, and (sooner or later) collapse.  

because of this inversion; reactionaries have been re-affirming the old and functional stereotypes, easily proving by observations that their (on average) validity, usefulness, etc. etc. 

But the radicals do have a point, and the reactionaries are missing it! 

All stereotyping - even when statistically valid and even when the stereotype is overall a positive contribution to worldly functioning and happiness - is an evil. 

This evil is not abolished by the harsh fact that stereotyping is a necessary evil. 

We are, and we know (in our hearts) that we are, each unique individuals - not representative members of a class: not even of the best kind of class.

Therefore when reactionaries, and Christians, talk stereotypically; this is often experienced (to some significant degree) as an external oppression. 

Such a stereotypical categorization of our uniqueness Will Be dysphoric - an adverse inner state experienced in the form of negative emotions such as anxiety over social ostracism, depressive misery, anger, resentment, self-assertion - and guilt...

For instance; an inner perceived (or feared) failure to live up to a dominant or preferred stereotype, and to continue to live up to it year after year - is, maybe, the commonest cause of chronic and pervasive guilt.  

Also, an inner reluctance to conform to the imposed stereotype is probably a major cause of demotivation. As when, at a mass level, people are neither inspired nor energized by any of their actual and possible choice of life stereotypes - and therefore cannot find any strong and sustainable motivation to participate socially - or even to stay alive. 

Even those few individuals who are currently healthy, energetic and conforming enough to be (or, at least, to advertise themselves as being!) exemplars of an approved stereotype; are very obviously insecure. They are always seeking (because needing) repeated affirmations, reassurances, and approval from others. And living in (denied) fear of their hypocrisies, exaggerations and lies being exposed; or that they cannot sustain this endless necessity of proving themselves. 

(But there I am: stereotyping yet again! It just can't be avoided!!)

So; on the one hand it is true that (real, valid) stereotypes are necessary to our own lives and to societal functioning - we simply cannot do without them. 

But on the other hand; stereotypes are ultimately always false, therefore evil; and those who argue for their reality and their imposition - even when the stereotype being proposed is net-good, usually personally positive, socially desirable etc... will be experienced as oppressive and dishonest.

This is one deep and ineradicable reason why there is considerable resistance to those (and I have surely been among them!) who try to rehabilitate valid and necessary stereotypes on the modern West; I mean such distinctions as those relating to sex, race, religion, political affiliations; intelligence and personality differences; and the various ideal "models" of being A Good Christian that are integral to many churches. 

All such stereotypes may indeed be valid and necessary; but if so they are necessary evils; and we cannot be made to believe that these stereotypes are fundamental goods; how much less that they are the highest ideals.

We cannot be convinced and motivated when people say that some version of categorical and stereotyped reality is what we ought to be aiming for: the best that we can hope for. 

If Christians cannot offer something more and better than the prospect of eternal perfect membership of some stereotyped category of type of person and God-approved behaviour - then Heaven will continue to fail to inspire. 

In other words; the Christian "picture" of Heaven - first for ourselves, imaginatively; and then as described to others - absolutely needs to be one that eschews stereotyping, and is instead rooted-in the individuality and uniqueness of all persons. 

Explaining the origin of irredeemable, never-incarnated, demonic spirits

Following from yesterday's discussion; I shall put forward here an explanation for those beings who are traditionally regarded as demons in orthodox Christian theology:

The definition of which is that they are spirit-beings, that have never incarnated, and which are eternally committed to evil such that they cannot be redeemed or saved. 

There are several other kinds of being that might be termed "demons"* - and these might include currently-incarnated beings, or beings that have previously been incarnated and died (analogous to evil ghosts)...

But here I am focusing on beings that have always been spirits - and I am trying to understand and explain how any being might be outwith the scope of the salvation of Jesus Christ.   

I will first outline my metaphysical assumptions: those who want to cut straight to the explanation of demons will find this after the break: indicated +++

My metaphysical understanding of reality is that it comprises beings in relationships; and that beings have attributes such that they are alive, conscious (to some degree), purposive, self-sustaining and so forth. 

Beings are eternal, always have existed - including before creation.

All beings are unique: that is important. Some Christians (perhaps influenced by oneness spiritualty) assume that all Men are originally equal, and diverge - and then spiritually develop and converge towards becoming very similar, or even identical. 

But in contrast I assume that all beings began as unique (and un-cooperative) and God's plan of salvation is a matter of progressively achieving harmony. At first a partly-imposed and temporary harmony, but a process that is completed by the Second Creation, of Heaven; where each resurrected being has chosen to be remade such as to live wholly from-love, and harmony between unalike beings is then innate and spontaneous**.

That is: living-beings are the primary unit of reality; and "beings" include humans, animals, plants, as well as what are usually considered to be "mineral" entities and materials. 

Everything primary in reality is thus either itself a being, or part of a being. 

A further assumption is that all beings were originally spirits. 

Only later, and only for some beings, there may be incarnation into some material form. 

Many spirits have never been incarnated.  

Originally (before creation) beings may have been aware of each other, to varying degrees, and with varying attitudes - but each being is assumed to have been autonomous, separate, pursuing its own goals. 

Before creation, reality was a "chaos" of beings. 

Divine creation happened when God's love became the means of "coordinating" or harmonizing these already-existing beings. 

However, to become a part of divine creation, a being must first be capable of love; then secondly a being-capable-of-love must choose to live by, or from, this love.

(Because it is love that harmonizes the disparate beings, and this harmonization is creation.)

Hence the formulation "God is love", and the great commandments to love God and fellow Men - which can be interpreted to make the choice to embrace the loving purpose of God as ideal, and to aspire to live wholly from love of other beings.

Now I will explain the origin of demons:

All beings are unique. To participate in creation, a being must be capable of love; but not all beings are capable of love. 

A love-incapable being happens to be constituted that way. Such a being will not be part of creation, and cannot ever become a part of creation. 

Demons are here regarded as spirits that are incapable of love. 

For a being to be saved or redeemed includes death and resurrection such as to live entirely from love. 

It follows that any being constitutionally incapable of love, cannot undergo salvation, indeed, such a being cannot even want salvation.

Some love-incapable beings might remain passive, detached from creation. But demons are assumed to be those love-incapable beings who have chosen to oppose creation - for various motives. 

For instance; demons may aim to exploit creation, or may seek to destroy it. They may be motivated by their own pleasure, by negative resentment, or sheer spiteful desire to inflict suffering. Or mixture of motivation; and demonic motivations may change over time. 

But although capable of changing their behaviours; a love-incapable demon can never become part of creation, and can never seek or attain salvation through following Jesus Christ. 

The above scheme may explain the occurrence of those demons - traditionally-defined: demons that are spirits, have never incarnated, and are eternally outwith even the possibility of salvation. 

*(And some of these are capable of choosing salvation.)

**(An analogy is that the first creation is like a State ruled by a loving creator God with a mixture of coercion and consent; while the Second Creation is a perfectly loving family.) 

If everyone who follows Jesus is resurrected into Heaven; what is the point of leading a good mortal life?

For many people, it seems that Christianity has always offered too much and too easily - and too equally. 

So long as a person attains "salvation" then he is given eternal resurrected life, in a Heaven without evil or death...

This universal reward for all who follow Jesus Christ has often seemed to obliterate any necessary value in this mortal life on earth, or any reason for living "well" in this earthly existence. It seems as if everybody gets "the same" result, no matter how good or how evil his actions during mortal life. 

I suspect that this kind of inference is a consequence of the very common way of thinking about "human beings" as interchangeable members of a class, rather than as unique individuals: such that resurrected people in Heaven are vaguely-assumed to be identical creatures living almost-exactly the same life - "equal" in all important respects. 

But if instead we can develop an understanding of Jesus's work as aimed at unique individual persons ( individuals that have always been unique, and whose destiny is to remain unique); then it becomes evident that resurrection to eternal life must be of an unique soul. 

And, insofar as our unique soul can change through life - can learn, can get better or worse... then the result of this change, will affect the outcome of resurrection.  

In other words; if we compare someone who has tried to lead a virtuous life and who has learned from his mistakes; with someone who lived to use others for his own pleasure and gratification - the outcome of such difference will be that: that which is resurrected is different in each case. 

If we look at life subjectively; when we each come to a major life choice, our soul will be changed in different directions according to our decision and its outcomes - such that when it comes to resurrection, then we can expect to end-up differently.

Because what went-into resurrection was different - what comes-out from resurrection will be different.  

If we spend much of life in a state of resentment, which we justify by a narrative that we are innocent victims, and if we engage in spiteful fantasies of revenge on our oppressors; then this evil aspect of ourselves will need to be left-behind at resurrection. 

Any and all that is not "of love" is left-behind at resurrection - so that our resurrected self will be diminished by however much is evil and is un-repented. 

But if, instead, we were able to recognize that resentment is a sin, and we acknowledged this sin in ourselves and aspired to turn-aside from it - then such a process of learning and repentance during mortal life, means that our resurrected self will be rooted in a larger, more complex and balanced character. 

Of course, we need to be clear and unambiguous that even the most evil person imaginable - one who has dedicated his life to using and harming other people, animals, plants and the rest; can nonetheless repent "at the last moment" (which I believe comes after death, post-mortally) - and can, in principle - i.e. if he truly desires to follow Jesus - repent and receive resurrected eternal Heavenly life. 

But such a person will need to leave-behind a great deal of his mortal self to become fit for Heaven. 

His resurrected self will, and must be, made a very different character from his mortal self. 

Only that which is good is resurrected; because that which is evil cannot be carried forward into Heaven. And this is why it is "worthwhile" to live well, to learn spiritually from experience; and to repent our sins. 

Not "Wars of Empire" - instead, the spiteful resentment of end-stage evil

The current burgeoning inter-national wars are not "Wars of Empire" - which is one reason why historical comparisons are mistaken and invalid. 

What is extraordinary, essentially unprecedented, about the main current West-initiated-and-sustained wars: the sustained and multi-pronged attempt to annihilate and culturally-assimilate enemy nations -- is that The West loathes itself and its civilization. 

The West has, for many decades, been engaged in purposively seeking its own destruction and replacement by multiple strategies (including ideological-moral, legal, administrative, demographic, economic, agrarian, technological, and artistic).  

Such is not the action of an Empire - at least not of any Empire in history: this is end-stage evil - nihilistic destructiveness.  

As for motivation... We of the West culturally hate ourselves en masse; and therefore we fear and desire to destroy any who do not hate themselves; any whom we suspect of wanting to stand-apart-from our strategy of incremental cultural suicide. 

Our desire to annihilate and culturally assimilate the enemy is therefore not Empirically motivated but instead rooted in resentment; not done in order to spread our values and practices, nor to rule, nor even to exploit for our benefit...

Ultimately, behind the current wars is that familiar but exclusively-modern double-negative "leftist" ideology and motivation; a world-view that spitefully wishes for nothing more than that our enemy be compelled to share in our own self-loathing and self-chosen annihilation. 

Ultimate reality does Not consist of "true statements" and "true concepts" - these are Secondary values

Truth is usually supposed to consist in something like "facts" and "concepts" - especially in the form of true statements; expressed symbolically as language, numbers, formulae...

And these true facts and concepts are supposed to be true for everybody and every-thing, in all times and places and circumstances. 

Indeed, it is often assumed that truth is the main thing about reality; truth is regarded as a non-negotiable that will impose upon us - sooner or later, like it or not. 

This primacy of truth (reflected in the primacy of epistemology within philosophy) has been, throughout the period of "modernity", the bottom-line metaphysical assumption of our civilization...

An assumption so deep that its metaphysical nature is denied, and people with circularity claim that it is a result of "evidence" - by which they mean the facts and concepts derived from the assumption that ultimate reality consists in facts and concepts! 

But the world does not come to us pre-divided into discrete units about which we could make true statements - on the contrary, all divisions are Man-made and subject to argument. 

All conceptualizations (such as "what are facts" and "what does this fact mean?") are, likewise, via the consciousness of Men. 

We cannot eliminate the human mind (or minds) from definitions of Truth; hence we cannot ever find what is true in the way that would be necessary if Truth was to be our primary value, and if truths were the primary way of conceptualizing the world.  

It seems that we cannot make sense of the assumption that reality consists of truths... So, if not, then what does reality consist in? I mean: how can we instead distinguish and divide reality? 

As I have often said in the past decade or so; I think the ultimate distinctions of real-reality consist in Beings. 

If they really are primary, then Beings cannot be "defined" - but we can list their attributes (especially considering that we ourselves are beings); and these attributes include (to varying degrees) life, purpose, consciousness, self-sustaining, potential for growth. 

And instead of organizing concepts; the "organization" of reality actually consists in the relationships of Beings... 

(Thus, in a sense: in this metaphysics; Beings replace Facts; and Relationships replace Concepts.) 

An implication of the metaphysics of beings and relationships is that truth is secondary. 

That does not mean that truth is "whatever we want it to be"; but that truth derives from the nature of Beings and of their relationships. 

Change the Beings - their purposes, motivations, way of perceiving etc - and truth will be differently conceived...

Change the relationships-between Beings - eg. from love to resentment; from positive to negative motivation, from the impulse to create to the motivation of destruction... 

And you will recognize and believe truth differently.   

We can see this by the contrast between "truth" as its was conceptualized when our civilization was religious; and how truth is conceptualized in atheistic-materialist mainstream-official discourse as-of 2026. 

We can see why there is nowadays almost no relationship between these; no possible coherent compromise between them, no meaningful dialogue even. They are built on different foundations.  

And we can also trace how all this has changed incrementally (then suddenly) across the generations over the past few hundred years - and even over the past several decades.

  

What counts as truth has changed; because truth is a value secondary to Beings and their relationships; and because Beings and their relationships have changed. 

 

The synergy of evil - "take advantage of the crisis" leads to ever-more chaos

As I have often said; I believe there is a totalitarian evil among the Establishment that seeks a society of omni-surveillance and micro-control of the masses of the world - preferably under some version of a world system (but en route by national systems or their coalitions). 

This can be regarded as a partial evil or "lawful evil" - in that it is long-termist and strategic, and depends on relative-virtues such as obedience, hard-work, cooperation, and a sense of duty (at least among its minions) in order to operate. 

And there are increasingly dominant Agents of Chaos in the Establishment - whose motivations are almost-wholly negative - especially hatred, resentment, and spite; and who seek to inflict suffering, destruction, and death.  

This can be regarded as an extreme or "chaotic" evil - in that it is driven by short-termist and self-centred motivations.

What I seem to have noticed in recent months is that the Agents of Chaos are proving highly successful in causing coups (including externally-fixed "elections"), starting revolutions and engineering international war and global economic and trade collapse...

Which is, of course - at least on the face of things - directly in opposition to the aim of a stable and tyrannical global totalitarianism... 

Yet the totalitarian opposition to war and collapse has been extremely feeble, and diminishingly effective. At best the totalitarians seem able or willing to delay the work of destruction - but never explicitly or strongly oppose it. 

Which raises the question of why the totalitarians are not trying much harder to prevent all their plans and strategies (Great Reset, Agenda 2030, and the Litmus Test issues etc) from being swept aside by chaos? 

One answer, I think, is the progression of evil - the fact that evil is dynamic, always tending to get worse; that evil un-repented feeds upon itself. 

But partly it is due to a mid-set that always tries to exploit a bad situation rather than resist or remedy it.  

When there is an economic, trade, or food collapse - the first instinct of the totalitarian is to take-advantage of the situation. 

The totalitarians therefore believe that any crisis is an opportunity: e.g. an opportunity to get more money (ostensibly for use in implementing "the strategy") - to raise funds from corruption, taxes, tariffs, or simply by having an excuse to devalue the currency or "print money" (aka "inflation"). 

Recently, this has been streamlined into simple confiscation of assets from nations or large organizations, by large financial institutions - which are near the heart of the totalitarian project. 

Or an opportunity to get more power; e.g. by new and more oppressive laws, or to justify emergency "laws" made by diktat. 

This happened by announcement in the media and the police and legal system just following these instructions, in the UK in 2020. At present, the "process" is streamlined to statements made on personal accounts on social media.   

The consequence is that chaos (flouting of morality, breaking of rules, collapse of systems, increase of wars) expands almost-everywhere; without any serious attempt at check by those with power to do so, and with no attempt at reversing it. 

The sunk cost fallacy in religion

This is: 

Because "we" (the group with whom I identify) have, over many past generations, sunk so much effort, resources, sufferings into such-and-such aspects of the religion;

"Therefore" I/Now cannot possibly conclude that such activities and actions are here-and-now now useless, or harmful. 

(Poor little me all alone; versus all-so-many, so great Them...) 

If I did; then I (little me, all by myself) would be saying that all-that effort/ resources/ suffering was a mistake. 

I would be rejecting and cutting-myself-off from the (justly great and venerable) ancestors who made and sustained my religion.

I would be putting my poor little self above all Them great and good... 

And thus people paint themselves into a corner of despair, hopelessness, and apostasy. 

Because the religion of the ancestors does not work anymore. 

Indeed, the poor-little "I" secretly (secret from itself, mostly) regards the religion of the ancestors and of the strong-majority as, in some important respects... well, flawed... Badly flawed. 

The secret heart cries-out against it, against some of the things some of my ancestors believed and did - so sincerely, so earnestly, for such sustained periods)...

But, anyway, whatever They thought/said/did - fact is: it doesn't work anymore.

It doesn't work they don't really believe it - but they are painted into a corner of That Or Nothing.  

Thus "Christianity" is weakened, and thus people reject "Christianity". 

It is their own fault. 

If we find ourselves painted into a corner, trapped by convictions into hope-less-ness - the first step towards escape is to recognize that we are actively doing this to ourselves.

By our own timidity: our fear, and lack of courage, and mental laziness...

And fundamental, ultimate, irresponsibility: The deep propensity (so common nowadays) to want to blame others for our predicament. 

Nobody can compel anyone else to give up this existential persecutory delusion; because it is consoling in the short-term; even as it is spiritually lethal in the longer-term. 

And vast swathes of people in the world (whole nations, races, ethnicities, ideologies) are in the grip of chosen-resentment and other-blame; including many powerful, rich and prestigious people (and groups) - people who we (poor little me!) would really like to have on our side! 

People think: "My life would be So Much easier and pleasanter and more secure; if I was part of a strong gang!

People are trapped by their own self-imposed and self-interested assumptions - and by their own fear, resentment, and despair. 

They reject any help that requires them to be courageous, active, and spiritually-autonomous. 

Which is why such people cannot be helped: if they do not help themselves first. 

Western religious-motivated wars - Now? Ridiculous, nonsense, PSYOPS!

In the past - including in Western nations - there were religious wars, because religion was the primary motivator in many people's lives. 

For example in the 16th and 17th century in the British Isles there were religious inter-national and civil wars between Christians. It is very evident that - whatever other reasons there were to start and sustain wars - religion was primary. 

Back then and there; plenty of people - individually, as well as collectively, were strongly motivated, risked greatly, suffered greatly for their religion. 

But that was then; this is now. 

Things now are very different in modern, developed Western societies such as the USA and its vassal nations of UK, Europe etc. 

All Western and West-affiliated/ dominated states are secular - without any exceptions. 

And this secular perspective goes far deeper than constitutional factors: non-religious assumptions are fundamental and functional. Bureaucracy and mass media - which are everywhere in all modern states - are not just areligious, but are innately (and increasingly) anti-religious.   

Nowadays people are evidently-not primarily motivated by religion. Indeed (think of 2020) their religious practice almost invariably follows and reflects their atheist-materialist ideology.

The mainstream churches of all denominations and factions; are just "a lifestyle option" located within the all-pervading secular-leftism  

Ideology - not religion - drives motivation; and ideology is a product of the totalitarian state and its apparatus of bureaucracy, media, law, education, science, arts, military etc. 

This hegemonic Western ideology is negatively motivated (by sins such as fear, resentment, despair); the ideology is therefore both incoherent and destructive in its ultimate basis, as well as its proximate effects. 

This is reflected in the nature of modern drone and missile distance warfare; in which attack is much easier than defence - indeed, in which effective defence is all-but impossible to sustain.

By its technical nature, such warfare is primarily destructive; and the destructive effect is enormously amplified by the ultra-complex and unavoidable inter-dependencies of modern developed societies.  

In one word: modern warfare is primary spiteful in motivation. 

It is mainly concerned with the infliction of destruction of social and economic systems; with deliberate environmental destruction; with infliction of suffering and death on humans, animals, plants. 

Modern warfare is the material expression of our spiritual nihilism.  

Religions and churches in the West 2026 are almost-entirely assimilated as components of a top-down global totalitarian state; which for more than half a century has propagated a negative/ inverted ideology and morality of opposition. 

And this is so grossly obvious, so widely observed and measured, so wearisomely-often discussed and analysed; that it ought-to-be instantly obvious that the currently-circulating notion of the present war being religiously motivated is ridiculous nonsense.

Indeed, the idea that modern West-initiated wars are religiously-motivated - the idea that modern Americans would go to war for their religion is crazy! 

And that these fanatical "Christian" (or Judeo-Christian) religionists are actually imposing religious geopolitical priorities... 

Well... such beliefs are so utterly idiotic that they should be immediately be recognized as PSYOPS of those Agents of Chaos who increasingly dominate within the Global Establishment. 

But on the contrary - such tactics work... 

There are those not-Christians who simply accept the evil-nonsense because it confirms their own biases against Christians. 

There are those Christians who accept the evil-nonsense because it confirms their own biases against evangelicals.

There are those religionists who accept the evil-nonsense because it creates an excuse for indulging their spiteful and destructive biases against other religions, ethnicities, nations. 

(Religion is convenient excuse and religious motivation - although too feeble to overcome secualr ideology - is nonetheless  

There are those who expend thousands of words on analysing the extent to which the PSYOP is true, and the extent to which it is not; the extent to which all this is a product of deficits in theology; and then making complex, nuanced recommendations concerning what to do next about things (which will of course be ignored).  

This in itself is evidence of the way in which - in this innately entropic world, that is also in 2026 dominated and pervaded by the powers of purposive evil - destruction is much easier than creation. 

A small effort by intel-ops who (presumably) constructed and placed the concept of a modern Western religious war - has led to a very large socially destructive, psychologically negative, consequence. 

Things now are just all too easy for the powers of evil, because of the extent and consequences of spiritual corruption in the world mass populations.

"They" merely need to pull at a string; and en masse "we" reliably panic, rant, dance... and destroy. 

   

Are we seeing the beginning of the end for world civilization? A massive collapse in functionality?

I have begun to think so. 

It is impossible to be sure, because the whole world of communication is full of lies and fakes; as well as sheer ignorance and honest error. 

But the attempts to maintain some kind of civilization outside of the West - which is long-since committed to suicide - are apparently unravelling by the day.

It seems that positive feedback may have set-in, when one problem leads to several* - multiplying in a series; and the response to each problem actually makes it worse...

And, if this is so; then collapse will accelerate and soon become undeniable - and unstoppable.  

The new-ish factor is that the self-loathing Western civilization has become so consumed by resentment and spiteful sadism; that a significant portion of the Western-globalist ruling class have decided to do everything possible actively to bring down the rest of the world, during their own self-inflicted death throes. 

These people are negatively-motivated: they do things primarily in order to harm others - and they will do them, even when their own actions will harm themselves - and even when their actions will harm themselves even-more than they will harm others. 

Nowhere is exempt - the scope is as wide as their fear, resentment, and spiteful sadism... which is continually widening. 

And in this entropic world; destruction is just so much easier to accomplish than generating and sustaining functionality - that effort and resources invested with intent to harm, may go a long way and achieve a great deal. 

But I could be wrong again, as I have been wrong before; because I don't know - and nobody knows - what is really happening, and what is important, or how people will react. 

It should become clear, one way or the other, quite soon. 

*Each shortage leading to several more; one supply failure leading to several others that depended on the first; a war that leads to more wars, in more places etc -- all such iterating and interacting. And when resources are mobilized to solve one lethal problem, then this creates other fatal weaknesses elsewhere. 

Just because someone opposes sadistic destructiveness, does not mean they are actually good!

In a geopolitical world where treachery and gratuitous murder are openly and officially celebrated; it's become pretty easy to appear "good" - merely by defending The System, and its continued functionality.

When contrasted with a mainstream moral system increasingly based-upon paranoid resentment and Schadenfreude - those whose vision of the future is 2020-on-steroids may begin to look "good by comparison". 

When routine usage of mass-scale and indiscriminate assassination, and the parasitic scavenger-of -corpses presented as a moral ideal; with its implicit Hobbesian future of eternal war of each against all...

It is easy to fall into supporting the only publicly available and organized alternative: a totalitarian world of omni-surveillance and micro-control (ostensibly) supervised by "AI" and implemented by "robots".  

In other words; the greedy lying tyrants of the lockdown-era start to seem "not so bad" after all... 

(By reasoning that "at least" they don't actively support industrial-scale torture and slaughter, sabotage of production and trade, and environmental annihilation.)

The stage has been set for the masses eagerly to invite their own mental slavery to a materialist-computerized society, built upon absolute denial and exclusion of the divine and human - hoping thereby to avoid the alternative.  

Unless we are alert to this spiritual danger; we will fall willingly into this long-prepared trap of not just choosing between two evils; but inwardly-endorsing that which we regard as the lesser evil - and thereby coming to regard in our hearts that which is fundamentally opposed to God, divine creation and salvation - as if it was good.

All this is presented as a forced-choice - either embrace the global totalitarianism and the systematic destruction of spirit; or else embrace a world of deliberate and spiteful destruction. 

The System is presented as the only bulwark against forever-everywhere war; and chaos is presented as the only escape from eternal mental slavery. 

These are not, of course, the only options; but nobody with power/ influence/ high status is going to tell you about the good alternatives.

Note added: We also need to ask how it became normal and acceptable among the ruling classes to celebrate treachery and assassination; even when these harm the ruling classes own long-term self-interest. This leads to a consideration of the trajectory of evil, of how unrepented evil is dynamic and feeds upon itself - how evil becomes "purer" with time: meaning that it becomes more wholly-negative.    

Further confirmation of the ascendancy of the Agents of Chaos

It has been my contention since the second half of 2020 that the nature of dominant "establishment" evil has evolved and transformed from the goal of global totalitarianism (international omni-surveillance and micro-control of populations) to a resentment-rooted and spitefully-motivated destructiveness. 

The totalitarians have lost power since their peak in early 2020; and the Agents of Chaos have become increasingly dominant. 

This is how I understand the ongoing Western war against "modern Zoroastria". 

While there are a dozen or so theories about how this is a strategic war, aiming at power domination, resource extraction, geopolitical balance, security, territory, or whatever -- I regard these as disinformation; merely a smorgasbord of deliberately-confusing false excuses (pick your favourite!) for starting and escalating what is meant to be (at the highest level of control*) a process of mass mutual destruction.  

In other words; while the mid-level explanations of this war as driven by the interests of particular groups or individuals is partly and proximately correct - in that selfish-interest is indeed what motivates many of the active participants; I contend that these self-interested groups are being duped and used by those who actually seek their destruction. 

The overall aim and methods are designed, at the top-level, to induce destruction hence chaos; the chaos then generating further destruction in a positive feedback cycle. 

My explanation at least has the virtue of being almost certainly right immediately and for the medium-term of months and a few years! 

What is disputable is how this for-sure chaos, is related to some hoped-for-and-planned positive strategic outcome of whatever interest-group is genuinely dominant. 

There will be for-sure a vast and lasting increase in bilateral destruction of infrastructure, people and the land; and there will be regional chaos. 

The main question is whether this for-sure chaotic destruction is a side-effect, or whether it is the actual plan itself. 

Whether this definite chaos and destruction truly motivated by some-or-another optimistically-intended long-term (i.e several to many years ahead) strategic Master Plan; will become clear and evident to most people only after several to many years - but then only if they can conceptualize and recognize the reality and possibility of chaotic evil. 

It is spiritually important that we, here, now; become able to conceptualize and recognize that chaotic-destructive evil is a real thing, a real possibility, thus a real and possible motivator of world (as well as local) events.  

*The highest level of control of the pursuit of Chaotic Evil is the demonic, which explains the intent of maximum and mutual destruction of human life and society. Humans are involved at lower levels - highest are the demonically possessed/ enslaved and the willing/ whole-hearted servants of evil. Tese are covert. Below them, and in public view, are the great mass of selfish dupes and pursuers of money, sex, and power over others - the middle managers and henchmen of totalitarianism.  

Neo-pagans (and modern pagans) are guilty of extreme double-standards with respect to "Christianity"

I have read a great deal of modern pagan and/or neo-pagan writings; and have some acquaintance with such people. Indeed at one time, for several years and some twenty years ago-plus, that is what I might well have called myself. 

This movement is, unfortunately, permeated and motivated by a resentment against Christianity that ranges from cold contempt to burning indignation - a phenomenon that leads to the deep and perception-structuring bias I have termed "anything but Christianity".  

I have recently been exploring some different and new (to me) avenues and individuals within the neo/ pagan world; and was again struck by this structuring bias. 

This anti-Christianity is expressed so strongly that one would suppose that the writers and speakers had been brought-up in either a medieval theocracy or the Puritan Geneva of Calvin - or (often) some unholy combination of the two... Instead of actually having been raised in one of the overwhelmingly atheist-materialist nations of the West; during the 1940s, 50s, or 60s! 

Furthermore, this is combined with depictions of the pagan past so fantastically wishful that they seem to have derived from Pollyanna wearing rose-tinted spectacles in Disneyland!

Anything and everything bad in reports of the pagan past is ascribed to spiteful Christian misrepresentation; anything and everything good about past Christian societies is attributed to residual paganism!  

What seems to be happening is that these folk are approaching "paganism" from within themselves: in a creative spirit directed at individual participation...

While simultaneously regarding and representing Christianity in the most literal, institutional, external terms; focusing on sometimes-real but "worst case" scenarios of tyranny, cruelty and atrocity; and making their definitions and descriptions of "Christianity" citing the most childish and/or obviously-manipulative time, places, and sources.   

They subjectively engage-with "paganism" in highly positively-selective, personal and optimistic fashion; while adopting a detached, cynical and condemnatory attitude to negatively-selective, cut-and-dried, "Christianity". 

While this is very, very obvious to me (especially given my history); almost by definition there is no persuading against such attitudes - which are common to much of modern life; and which pagans share with the mainstream of atheist materialists. 

Yet is is atheist materialists who run this world and have done so for many decades; and atheist materialists therefore are, or ought to be, the real spiritual enemies of sincere pagans...

In other words, by their revealed preferences and their ludicrous insistence on fighting dead battles and wars that Christianity lost long ago; pagans (despite any counter protestations) are actually of-the-Left and of-the-mainstream. 

Pagans indeed share the characteristically and definitively Left fundamental concern with this-worldly hedonism and therapy - i.e. seeking personal pleasures and happiness here-and-now, alleviating personal miseries and suffering; justified by a utilitarian altruistic ideology of "making this world a better place". 

What I eventually did, and would suggest to others; is that they instead approach Christianity in something of the same positive, subjective and engaged spirit with which they approach paganism; which ought to be a spirit of discovery and creativity. 

Totalitarian PSYOPS are literally black ritual magic

PSYOPS are regarded as top-down mass psychological/ sociological manipulations; and they are all evil by nature; because they are not motivated by love - not in harmony with divine creation. 

Also, since they aim to change "other peoples" behaviour in pre-determined ways, PSYOPS are intrinsically evil in that they are strategically un-truthful. 

In practice; all large scale top-down PSYOPS are also intentionally evil - even if/when those human-tools who implement the PSYOPS (the bureaucrats, managers, professionals, labourers) are ignorant of this evil purpose. 

In 2026 our lives are full of PSYOPS, and have been for decades, accumulating. 

These include the highly prevalent, major totalitarian strategies that I call Litmus Tests - such as class and inter-sex warfare, climatism, antiracism, the Birdemic, and currently "AI"-dolatry.   

There are no good PSYOPS. Supposed good intentions are fake excuses for evil. 

PSYOPS are like The One Ring, a tool of The Enemy, that and cannot be used to fight The Enemy. So, when PSYOPS are used purportedly for "altruistic" purposes - such as Health Promotion or Public Health - supposedly to "help people" in a scientific and medical spirit; if followed through they result in strongly net evil outcomes. 

But to what extent are PSYOPS actual ritual magical practices, performed by black magic techniques? 

In other words, are the methods and intended effects of PSYOPS all operating at the cause-and-effect level of human behaviour and thinking, using quasi-scientific models?

Or, are there spiritual methods at work, with intended spiritually harmful consequences?

Yes, there is a spiritual agenda. Despite that the masses of modern people deny and are ignorant of the spiritual world; nonetheless those at very very top of the totalitarian system are spiritual operatives. 

At the top of the power systems; the ultimate and primary agenda is spiritual warfare; and naturally spiritual methods are deployed - ritual, symbol, charged language, music, "modern" architecture and art, ... the works. 

The phenomenon termed "gaslighting" is pure spiritual warfare: it prepares the way for the necessary invitation for evil to enter the soul. 

Gaslighting induces people - by systemic methods - legal, economic, religious, social, physical (coercion) etc. - to espouse/ support/ propagate/ endorse false assumptions, false logic, stark contradictions, nonsense, paradox... 

Meaninglessness is made to be treated as interesting, amusing, wise; destruction is celebrated as creation; resentment and Schadenfreude are praised as morally exemplary. 

All these are ways by which people are brought to voluntarily open their souls and invite external corruption, occupation - ultimately to hand-over control of the soul to external spiritual authorities.

Black magic is not effective unless it is - to some extent - invited-in. 

Once inside a receptive environment; entities of evil tend to become self-amplifying, by a positive feedback process. 

Therefore spiritual PSYOPS are not effective, unless the masses welcome them... 

However it is apparent that they/we do welcome them! 

Every major new PSYOP has been (at least, to all appearances) - and continues to be eagerly welcomed by large swathes of the Western population. 

People are controlled partly by acknowledged psychological-material techniques; but also - and more effectively - by magical-spiritual methods that harness and direct the malign will of those at high levels of strategic influence. 

It is difficult to resist materialist manipulations, but these are very resource intensive, and limited in effectiveness when they go against human nature. 

By contrast; magical-spiritual manipulations need to be met by open souls, and received with positivity; but when this offer and response happens; black magic is a highly  efficient and powerful malign influence on human behaviour, thinking and feelings. 

 

Taking sides: For, or against, divine creation? From love, or not?

Our creator is a loving God, and the divine creation is "built" with love; so to be on the side* of Good is to live from love. 

A person motivated by love, thinks and does things for other people (and other beings), because of love. 

This means that the Good person will often do something that sacrifices his own immediate pleasure, or causes himself to experience some degree of immediate suffering, or sub-optimality of feelings. 

This kind of thing is inevitable, when love motivates.  

Those who operate from other motivations that are not love, those on the side not-supporting or actively-against divine creation; see all this very differently. 

For them; love looks pathetic, pitiful, despicable. 

A life led, acts done, from love; look instead like foolishness, like being a dupe; love looks like weakness, subordination of my will to another's, service of somebody else's agenda, voluntary slavery... 

Those who are not taking the side of Good, i.e. not living by love - generally regard those who do thus live, as pathetic and despicable. 

But if love really is the real motivation for behaviour; then everything is different...

All that is done from love - no matter how small a thing that may seem - is an enhancement of divine creation. 

And that which is done from any-reason-not-love, will tend to diminish divine creation. 

Therefore, as examples: 

Things done to serve an agenda of "altruism" will diminish divine creation; same with things done for "my" power and/or wealth or that of others.

And things done for comfort, convenience or pleasure of myself or of others; shall likewise diminish creation.

(that is: Anything other-than love diminishes...)

And things done from resentment, fear or despair (and the like) are actually an attack on divine creation.

*"The side" references which of the two sides in the spiritual way of this world is chosen: either the side affiliated with God the creator; or else the side that is not thus affiliated. There are many ways of not being on the side of divine creation.

Note: almost all writing on the subject of relationships between the sexes, analysis and purported advice (all the "Manosphere" stuff, including that purportedly "Christian") is done from the perspective that love is not really real, not present, or is secondary in importance. Such speaking and writing is inevitably on the other side from God and divine creation. 

Big events are distorted versus micro/ non-events getting inflated - Two kinds of media manipulation

In that seminal year of 2020 we saw example of the two extremes of coordinated global media manipulation. 

At the start of 2020 was the Birdemic (i.e. the international response to the supposed "emic" - the lockdowns etc.) - which was not just a big event, but the biggest event in the history of the world.

The role of the mass media in this instance was to distort a genuinely vast phenomenon in pursuit of The System agenda. 

Then in summer of 2020 was saw a micro-event (or non-event) in a town in the USA, blown-up to an international scale phenomenon for months, everywhere, apparently obsessing the leadership class down through all their managerial, intellectual and professional myrmidons. 

From nearly-nothing, or actually-nothing; The System was able (in an incredibly short timescale) to make a defining global phenomenon - such that socio-political changes were implemented across the entirety of Western-dominated nations.

That is the power of The System - of the Establishment - of the unified and linked totalitarian social institutions. 

The power - via mas and social media, and the mass addiction to them - to focus and sustain much of the attention of hundreds of millions. 

And, reciprocally, the power to get hundreds of millions largely to ignore what They want ignored. 

When the issue is Big, like the the Birdemic, Peck, Fire Nation or "AI" - I assume that They are then engaged in a major attempt fundamentally to re-program human thinking in some way that progresses their agenda of atheist-materialist-bureaucratic self-damnation...

When instead (as today) the global media are focused on an issue that is so micro, so trivial, that it may be literally nothing at all; I think we can be sure that They are doing so partly in order to prevent people noticing something very big.  

But also because such micro/ non-event based frenzies are a big part of Project Chaos: the demonically-driven evil agenda focused on spreading and amplifying mutual hatred, endemic fear, motivating resentment - and existential despair. 

Big event mania promotes totalitarian evil - and plans for System omni-surveillance and micro-control; while non-event frenzies strategically promote civilizational and System breakdown*.

In a nutshell: Big events are intended to unify; inflated micro-events are intended to divide.

*Non-event frenzies have a triple effect. In the short term and long-term they actually promote disorder and breakdown; but they are successfully (and dishonestly) "sold" to the System-totalitarians because they can be "used" to implement increased totalitarianism in the medium term. 

Why do so many people live so many years of decrepitude beyond what they say they want? Repenting sins in extreme old age?

Continuing on the theme of death and dying; and exploring the idea that the greatly extended lifespan in The West nowadays may have a spiritual purpose. 

The thing about many of the super-old (which is, approximately, anyone significantly older than the Biblical "three score years and ten") is that for most who attain it, it is a longer life of decrepitude - of significant, perhaps extreme, mental and/ or physical dysfunctionality. 

The modern extended life experienced by most people (a life that goes much beyond the seventies) is often explicitly unwanted by those who receive it.

In the sense that many younger people will state vehemently that they do not desire to live into their eighties or nineties - if that life is one of significant dementia, disability; if that life is one requiring massive support or residential care.

And yet that is exactly the extended life that many such people get; the kind of life that they always said they did not want, and which they may even continue to say they do not want...

But which, nevertheless, despite protestations; they act such as to extend, by seeking and accepting continual and escalating social support and medical treatment (even when at vast and crippling expense).  

It is physically easy to die, especially if you are prepared to experience suffering at the end: yet these people (and there are a lot of them) Do Not Die. 

Why?

My understanding is that their superficial personality-self in the "here and now" wants to die; but their deeper real-self retains an awareness that they are not ready for death - that they have unfinished business in mortal life. 

So, what is the nature of this "unfinished business", that may be keeping extremely old and decrepit people alive - despite surface protestations? 

I think the unfinished business is usually spiritual, usually an inner thing - and therefore we can only infer (or perhaps, in some instances, intuit) what that unfinished business may be. I shall now do this...

In one word, the major need is for repentance, in the broad meaning of the word to imply that people need to re-orientate their whole thinking and desiring; as they die, such people need to be pointed in a different direction. 

More exactly, they need to want to be pointed in a different direction - because (thanks to Jesus) that is enough. 

They need to let-go of their (perhaps) lifelong false and incoherent orientation towards seeking pleasure, avoiding suffering, and attaining material well-being. 

They need to let-go of their besetting sins; which are nowadays is perhaps most commonly rooted in resentment; so this is the example I will describe. 

Since the early 19th century, but especially since the 1960s, the West has been living in an Age of Resentment. 

The basis of most politics is a resentment against some other nationality, religion, class, sex, or race - and this resentment is regarded as  not just true but "good"; and forms the core of a system of values. 

In extreme old age the reasons for politics have long since gone - nobody cares what you think, and it makes no difference to anyone else...

But too often the earlier-life resentments remain; may indeed be amplified, brooded upon; and in a moralistic way, with self-satisfaction.

Elderly people - even with significant mental pathology - may nurse their social and personal resentments, express them obsessively; and seem to approve their own anger, hatred and spiteful desires - perhaps regarding this as signs of their own vigour; signs that they have not "abandoned their principles". 

To die in such a state has a bad spiritual prognosis. 

And I think that some of the extreme elderly are kept alive despite the failure of brain and/or body; in hope (God's hope, Jesus's hope) that as dependence increases, as life simplifies, as thinking simplifies - perhaps the individual may come to recognize the futility of resentment, the wickedness of resentment. 

Perhaps he may attain some other spiritually-healthy attitude; such as forgiveness, humility, gratitude, a benign disposition towards others...

An honest recognition of the pervasive decay and evils of this world, which includes all of us...

A focus on the genuinely important things of life: especially love; and the beautiful moments nearly everyone has experienced in reality and/or imagination. 

And perhaps a desire to move on, beyond death, to a world free of decay and evil, and wholly rooted in love.

Such is the kind of thing waited-for, hoped-for, in extending the life of the extremely elderly beyond what they say they want.

Such repentance may not happen... but it may.

After attaining which; the individual can die as soon as maybe, and with a vastly better prospect for life after death than would otherwise have been the case.
