AI-dolatry is an Antichrist phenomenon, because the Antichrist is The System

I just stumbled across a post of mine from 2018 on the (now stale) subject of Jordan Peterson; in which I described him as an Antichrist figure.

The idea of an Antichrist is not really of any general and public use for discernment, because of the mass and institutional breakdown in truthful consensus.

Nonetheless it is a subject to which I find I recur, because so many individual people remain spiritually wedded to external authority, and in a totalitarian "System-" world, that means that almost all self-identified Christians are following Antichrists.

The question I ask is: will such people follow their Antichrist to self-chosen damnation, or at what point will they realize what is happening to them?

(Luckily for Mankind, by my understanding; this point of recognition and repentance can be post-mortal.)

The current AI-dolatry (i.e. the positive embrace, and in-practice promotion, of the "AI"-agenda) is evidently motivated by evil-intent when advocated by mainstream left-materialist ideologues; but the phenomenon takes-on an Antichrist role and quality when found among self-identified Christians.

What I see is Christians who support (and spiritually I am inferring an inner support) an actually overall- and net-evil strategy; on the basis that they see in such a strategy the possibilities for a selective, partial, "if-only" possibility of Good.

IMO, this rationale is how people justify to themselves an inner subordination to external authority.

Because when all actual external authorities (all formal and public institutions; including all the churches) are actually integrated-within the System of global totalitarianism - then this just-is the Antichrist phenomenon, as I understand it.

I mean; people choose to subordinate themselves spiritually (and therefore psychologically) to a powerful and influential entity (i.e. The System), even when that entity is net-evil; by an argument that there are aspects of The System that may be turned to good...

Which "may" be good understanding, then gets transformed to an assertion that it "will" be good... in my hands, the way that I will use it...

So the world is (apparently) full of Christians who support one or more of the primary agenda items of global totalitarianism (such as "AI", a foreign war, the Birdemic-Peck, CO2-climatology, sexual revolution...); because they have convinced themselves that they have nuanced these strategies into specific pro-Christian activities.

From overall-evil intent, they finesse particular Good Works, "Christian" works; of one kind or another. And claim that this particulars are then the main thing: that they personally can nuance the particular Goods, without spiritual-complicity in the overall evils.

The reason why this kind of reasoning has become so massively-dominant is exactly that The System is everywhere, and inescapable - we are all sustained-by-it and work-for-it.

Therefore - in this-worldly terms - as a brute fact we are all of us deeply-complicit in strategic evil, in this-world.

Which means that - to do good works in this world, to be "practical"; we can only work with The System: we can only "make this world a better place" (including better for ourselves, and those about whom we care) by accepting The System in some overall fashion, and despite specific dissent.

This brute fact of a self-identified Christian - in-practice and inescapably - supporting the large-scale demonic agenda; becomes a potentially agonizing "cognitive dissonance" insofar as Christianity is regarded as a this-worldly religion - i.e. a religion that "makes this world a better place".

It is to avoid this cognitive dissonance, indeed stark contradiction! - that so many Christians end by choosing spiritual-subordination to the the ubiquity of global totalitarianism, while asserting an officially-propagated false and virtual understanding of the world.

Thus, most Christians - including serious Christians - are engaged in whitewashing the actuality of global totalitarian evil: either they deny its reality as an existing fact, or else they falsely construct a fantasy of the fundamental, coherent, and purposive evil of The System of global totalitarianism - as if it were instead a drama of good versus evil Establishment people and institutions.

As if minor distinctions between greater and lesser evil purposes somehow included the operations of purposive good; as if a mass of competing negations could eventuate in positive values...

Things have come to a point; compromise is no longer validly possible; we are compelled to choose between clear and distinct alternatives of evil and Good.

It is not a matter of what we do but what is our faith. If we base our ultimate faith in-this-world, we shall become of-this-world.

Either we recognize that Christianity is, and (deep down) always was; a next-worldly and individual religion - i.e. a faith that does not depend on practical obedience to the authority of any specific institution/s - or else we will be following one or another of the many Antichrist phenomena that constitute The System.

Either we are rooted in this-world, in which case we shall be in truth supporters of "The Antichrist; or else we locate our faith and hope in post-mortal resurrected eternal life, in Heaven.

"If you can't beat 'em, join 'em!" - Satan's favourite slogan. And why there are so many Litmus Test fails

Every time the demon-serving Establishment come up with a new Litmus Test for The West, there are a lot of new fails that follow a standard pattern of self-justification by a this-worldly-expedient, materialist, Satanic trope of "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em".

We saw it with the Birdemic: the lockdowns, social distancing, masking, pecking policies - were seen as backed by the entirety of the Establishment, therefore irresistible in this-world, inevitable here-and-now...

And the inference was drawn that since these seemed inevitable; "therefore" on "pragmatic" grounds we "might as well" accept these policies...

Argument was apparently pointless "therefore" we should make the best of things and go-along with them without (probably) self-harming argument or fuss...

So (in the end) we might-as-well approve these policies, and make the best of the situation for ourselves - since there was "nothing we could do about it" in practice.

If we leave aside the arguments about probabilities and practicalities - what is truly inevitable; and also leave aside the question of lack of courage, and merely making excuses for cowardice...

Then we can focus on the deep issue at stake for Christians; which is that by focusing on this-world, "effectiveness", and pragmatism in the here-and-now - they have ended-up supporting the wrong side.

They have switched sides in the spiritual war: they have taken the side of purposive evil - they have become advocates on behalf of Satan's strategies*.

This happened again in relation to the self-styled "AI" that was suddenly (at the end of 2022) world policy, top-down implemented, and emanating from the Establishment institutions of global totalitarian

This is a Litmus test issue that has (so far, apparently) been failed by some of those who had passed previous Litmus Tests including the Birdemic-Peck and the Fire-Nation War; who now engage-with, explore, and advertise what they say are the possibilities of AI for "Good": for spiritual and/or Christian purposes...

This superficially seems bizarre - since the evil nature of AI ought to be obvious from its provenance (i.e. who developed and is pushing it), and the focus and nature and stated goals of propaganda in its favour.

Yet the usual pattern of spiritual corruption is evident - and with same-old usual "can't beat 'em. join 'em" justifications.

The root of this repeated pattern of failed discernment; Christian apostasy; and changing sides from God to anti-God, from Christ to Antichrist in the spiritual war of this world - is failure to understand and live by the fact that the kingdom of Jesus Christ really and truly is Not of this world.

What this means (or should mean) is the practicalities and probabilities of this world should mean Nothing when it comes to discerning Good from evil, and choosing our sides.

Ultimately; who cares what you or I feel about what is and is not possible in particular circumstances? Who cares whether we are courageous or cowardly.

(Jesus came to save sinners - and cowards certainly are that - but it does not matter to salvation.)

The point is that salvation is not about what is practical or possible in the circumstances in which we find ourselves, and neither does it depend on exceptional personal qualities.

But salvation does depend on wanting what is good, on wanting salvation - which is everlasting resurrected life in a heaven that is wholly good, and which excludes all evil.

Salvation does depend on knowing and choosing The Right Side.

Therefore, when we fail a Litmus Test and as a result end-up by innerly supporting the side of evil; then we have made an actual choice against salvation - and this inner decision is typically very evident from the perspective of those who have made the choice for salvation.

People start-out by trying to calculate this-world expediency; and end-up by picking their spiritual alignment on that basis.

The Litmus Test fail has actually merely unveiled an un-Christian mind-set.

It does not matter what are the (real or guessed) worldly probabilities and practicalities - if we are choosing our spiritual alignment on a this-worldly basis, then we are behaving un-Christianly.

What we should do is clear, simple, and within the capacity of everybody in all possible circumstances.

(Jesus opened an achievable path to salvation for everyone.)

We should discern Good from evil - which in the case of Litmus tests is easy - as easy as such discernments ever have been.

(Evil here-and-now is as obvious as evil ever gets.)

Then by inward act; we choose the side of Good, recognize and reject the side of evil.

That's it, that is all! - yet little as it seems; it's too much for most people to do. And that is because their eyes and minds and aspirations are overwhelmingly and ultimately fixed on this world, and not the next.

*NOTE: It has always seemed clear to me that advocating sin is much worse than practising sin. This, because we cannot help but be sinners - that is, unaligned with divine creation - and almost all the time. While to act as an advocate for some sin is voluntary and purposive.

(This also entails that "hypocrisy", in the sense of pretending to be something we are not, or better than we really are, is of itself less-bad than defending and arguing in favour of a sin. The main evil of hypocrisy is, in fact, simple dishonesty.)

The Litmus Tests are really learning opportunities

The Litmus Tests to which I so often refer on this blog, are a mixture of old and new - they are continually being added-to.

I first conceptualized them in 2020 in reference to the Birdemic and Peck, which were added onto much longer established Totalitarian Establishment strategies - such as pacifism, socialism, feminism and sexual revolution, antiracism, climate change etc.

Since 2020 there have been further Litmus Tests, such as (especially in the UK) the war against the Fire Nation. And currently there is a Litmus Test with reference to taking sides in the civil war that is splitting the globalist materialists of the Totalitarian Establishment.

(Or apparently so - because the civil war may ultimately, at the highest level, be a faked show put-on to manipulate the masses.)

It is pretty clear that the Litmus Tests never stop. As commenter Laeth has said; each new Test probes for different vulnerabilities among those people (and institutions) who had been able to hold-out against being assimilated into active support to the Totalitarian Agenda*.

Thus the healthism of the Birdemic/ Peck led to the corruption of most of the the holdouts among mainstream Christian churches... Conservative Catholics, Evangelicals and Mormons that had resisted the sexual revolution; became wildly-enthusiastic about closing their churches and suspending activities until further notice; and imposing lockdown, atomistic social isolation, and habits of systematic interpersonal fear.

Later; some of those who had successfully resisted the Birdemic manipulations, then joined with a nationally-orchestrated, media-constructed, Orwellian "two-minute hate session" against the Fire Nation - a two-minutes that has continued for three years, so far (and which is still actively attempting to create a self-annihilating all-out state of war, with the UK as prime target).

The current situation wit hte new President in the USA is but the most recent Litmus Test. This has, like previous tests, been able to subvert and "turn" a significant proportion of those "holdouts" who had resisted the Birdemic and Fire Nation Tests. It seems that perhaps a majority of "based" online anti-woke, self-identified Christians; have gone all-in for an almost delirious combination of schadenfreude with this-worldly-optimism; the whole thing focused on various Antichrist-figures among the mainstream, totalitarian establishment.

In one sense these Litmus Tests can be understood as an almost inevitable consequence of the increasing power of Satan and his demons and human servants within this-world - clearly, they will continue to win more-and-more souls to an more-certain (self-chosen) damnation.

On the other hand they may perhaps be seen as tests allowed by God; because of the opportunities each one brings for a different kind of spiritual learning, and therefore spiritual development - an education in preparation for our post-mortal resurrected life.

(Which education is, IMO, the purpose of our sustained mortal life. We each continue to live because we have more that it would be good - and perhaps essential - for us to learn.)

However, I personally do not see the Litmus test as allowed by God nor as a divinely ordained method of spiritual education. Instead I see them as things that God cannot prevent, in this world as it actually is.

My understanding is: The Litmus Tests originate variously, but become strategies due to their potential for evil and are sustained for that reason.

They are not of-God; but God can and does (as always) make the best of the bad situations that result, because of his love for each of us, as His divine children

And we should take the same attitude of making the best spiritual use of the situations. We should regard the Litmus Tests as direct challenges - not to our peace/ prosperity/ comfort/ convenience; but challenges to our innermost spiritual freedom, the primacy of Christian love, and the requirement for absolute personal responsibility.

The core part of this is realizing that, for all their geopolitical qualities, the Litmus Tests are Not primarily about material circumstances for large numbers of people in this-world - on the contrary; their true primary reality is directed at the free individual human soul; who always-can and needs-to discern reality in-and-for-himself; whatever the pressures and distractions of this material and social world.

*Note: As I have previously said; the special significance of Litmus Tests, as with all temptations to sin, is that failure on even a single Test can be sufficient to induce a person to choose reject salvation and choose damnation. Therefore, it is a misunderstanding to express satisfaction that some particular person or institution has passed one, or several, or a majority of the Litmus Tests. In principle and in practice; even when just a single Litmus Test is failed, then that may be a sufficient basis for corruption and inversion of values. And this is made much more likely because the Global Totalitarian Establishment will reward and amplify any such failure; to convert passive acquiesce into active support.

Antichrist phenomena - an Eastern Orthodox perspective from Metropolitan Agafangel

The Antichrist will be accepted first by those who are waiting for him - under one form or another and for one reason or another. There are many such people who are waiting, but they all wait differently...

The question is where, in what way, does the Antichrist appear before gaining power over the whole world? ...

For atheists, the Antichrist may be a leader capable of bringing order to the whole world. He can begin his activity as the president of any country or, even, a superpower (say, the United States), he can begin with any high position —at least, even with the Secretary General of the Communist Party of China (the general secretaries of the CPSU still dream of world domination, in the USSR, Stalin was an exemplary predecessor of the Antichrist, although he didn't succeed in taking over the whole world, he did get a "sixth of the earth").

Thus, the first period of the appearance of the Antichrist will be his coming to power in some significant and known field—political, social, or religious. Having ascended to one of the peaks of diverse earthly power and, according to legend, having participated in the construction of the Jerusalem temple, the second period of the Antichrist's activity will begin — this outstanding, talented, charming and intelligent man will begin to expand his power and unite in himself the key powers of authority, that is, to seize power over the entire world and in all areas...

Ideally, the Antichrist will unite in himself the expectations of the coming of "someone great" for all peoples and religions. This is how Satan will be allowed to act...

The Antichrist will come when a type of the Soviet-communist system will be established throughout the earth — defined as democracy, but in reality — dictatorship and total slavery — physical, electronic and spiritual.

This new order will be led by the finally united secret world government, referred to as the Scriptures as the "gates of hell," which, led by the Antichrist, will fight the Church of Christ (Mt. 16.18) — that is, the last remnant of genuine faith on earth.

I first learned something of the idea of the Antichrist from Fr Seraphim Rose, at the time when I was strongly engaged with Eastern Orthodoxy.

While I have moved a long way from the assumptions of Orthodoxy, and I nowadays regard the Antichrist actuality in a "soft and flexible" sense rather than literally; I continue, nonetheless, to be impressed by many of the distinctive insights and emphases - and there seems to be a powerful general truth about their idea of the Antichrist, which has very general applicability.

One take-home message of this line of thinking for me; is the relative unimportance and potentially lethally-misleading quality of a spiritual evaluation based upon actions; and therefore, by contrast, a renewed belief in the vital importance of basing ultimate and crucial evaluations upon my discernment of underlying intentions, motivations, and spiritual affiliations.

(Not, therefore, evaluations taken second-hand from external authorities - unless these pass an honest test of intuitive examination.)

Given Man's innate craving for this-worldly flourishing; we are all-too-eager to seek and find a this-worldly saviour (whether personal, institutional, ideological/ theological - or whatever); and we are all-too-willing selectively to grasp at the straws of particular actions - and not-notice, ignore, or suppress our awareness of those dissonant qualities that reveal an anti-Christian underlying spiritual commitment.

In some Orthodox theology; it has been prophesied, and I fully expect this to be accurate, that it shall in practice prove impossible to convince most people that the various Antichrists (whether persons, institutions, strategies, policies or whatever) - that somewhat-closely simulate some Christian attributes; and actually a guise of demons enlisted in the Satanic anti-Christian project.

And if all these Antichrists were (more or less) rolled-up into the single figure of a global Antichrist (which I personally do not anticipate will happen) - i.e. Satan wrapped in a cloak stolen from Christ - then the same will apply: the Antichrist would be accepted as some kind of representative of Christ, if not a returned Jesus himself.

Although the Kingdom of Christ is Not Of This World, but lies beyond death - all too many people (including too many Christians) so much crave an earthly saviour, that they are most of the way to being fooled even before the Antichrists begin their deceptive works.

Political optimism is an Antichrist phenomenon

Just a reminder, eight years on - referencing the current environment of optimism among the self-styled "based" online - that we live in a totalitarian civilization; and that to desire for its revitalization by the results of an election is the kind of sin implied by the Antichrist phenomenon - to place one's hope in one who is not Christ, but in important and fundamental respects - a this-worldly net-opposite of Christ*.

Recall too, that this-worldly pessimism Is Not Despair

Nor is optimism a Christian virtue; indeed, it may be an evil coping-mechanism.

With matters as we know they are in The West; we should hope for the best (because we do not know everything) -- yet our hope needs to be not of this world;  but we should expect things to get worse - because that is where we are+, and the trend for generations, with self-destruction baked-in; and "the worst" is what Western people deeply and overwhelmingly want.

*Of which the "queue a-none" PSYOP was a prime instance: its mantra being that we ought-to "trust" [i.e. assume the positive inner motivations of a mainstream politician, and team], "the plan" [i.e. The System - i.e. external and human guidance; and do not take personal responsibility for your value-discernment].

+Things are much worse than you think: progressing over more than two centuries, by now the rot goes very deep and very wide. Reset to an earlier phase is impossible - it has never happened, and it never will.

Christians (and, even more so, Christian Churches) need a clean break from doing worldly good

I would say that there are no Christian duties in this world relating to matters such as feeding the poor, promoting peace, preserving the earth - and suchlike social work.

This applies even when such 'charitable' activity is genuine, as it usually is not: when the poor being fed really are poor; when genuine peace is being promoted rather than, in fact, war supported; when it is nature genuinely is being protected, rather than than funding multinational fake-sustainable technologies, etc.

I mean that Christians ought to stop trying to help people physically, materially; to cease aiming at a happier and healthier world; to give-up on plans to diminish here-and-now human suffering caused by social problems and injustices.

We have reached a situation from which Christianity must detach itself entirely from all such worldly generic duties, projects etc. - because these will be used against Christianity by Antichrist powers, and will always be expanded to crowd-out the genuine spiritual and next-wordly orientated duties.

This-world and the here-and-now will always - and esepcially to the typical modern mind - seem primary, urgent and imperative; compared with the easy way that next-word and eternal requirements can be delayed, postponed, and made secondary.

From where we now are, with the priorities and motivations and pressures that we now have; Christians should not acknowledge that any worldly actions are specifically Christian and mandatory to Christians.

Of course, we will all continue personally to do specific acts as a matter of our personal love, sense of duty etc - but these cannot be allowed to be imperative as abstract generalizations

Churches need to do the same; and ought to focus primarily on whatever they regard as spiritual imperatives; or else we will continually repeat the 2020 situation in which the major churches all ceased to offer their spiritual services, while continuing their social services.

As one representative example:

In April of 2020 during the birdemic lockdowns; The Church of England's churches were allowed (by the Bishops' instructions!) to open and be used for use as food banks and "peck" centres, while all sacramental activity in the same buildings was forbidden. Analogous actions were taken by all major "Christian" churches - revealing their true priorities were almost exclusively material, expedient, and totalitarian-compatible.

The only way out and forward from burial beneath the vast complex of wrong motivations and false priorities and confused intentions that led to such appalling practices (in so many churches): is a clean break.

Only from a Ground Zero position of complete spiritual freedom from the currently suffocating network of worldly-entanglements and social-responsibilities; can properly Christian motivations be rediscovered and renewed.

Only after we have solidly established the priority of the spiritual, may we then choose to rebuild a selective and effective concern with the material.

The Miles Mathis phenomenon evaluated

I first heard of Miles Mathis - who has two very large websites on science (mostly physics) and on other-stuff - especially cultural critique, but also the arts, literature, media etc. - because several people sent me links to his fan-fiction follow-up to The Lord of the Rings

I didn't like this fan-fic, and could only manage to read a few pages; but went on to browse his other productions, and began to notice a few references to MM here and there in my corner of the internet.

It seems that Miles Mathis is something of a 'phenomenon' in terms of his productivity, range, and stylistic extremism.

Therefore, someone worth a second look, and deserving of some attention.

Since then, I have read through scores of his essays and other productions.

These are attention-grabbing by their 'outrageousness' of vehemence and claims, and broadly appealing to my socio-political sensibilities; but I was also trying to discern whether there was value in them.

(On the basis that, as Chesterton stated; to understand a Man we need to know his philosophy; and knowing his philosophy is a key to understanding everything important about him.)

This was not easy; because I find the MM persona - i.e. his written personality - very irritating and grating. He writes as a tremendously pretentious and domineering character; a particular 'type' of self-assertive, boastful yet emotionally brittle individual - who is relatively common in university circles, but who I would avoid interacting-with 'in real life' (and in print).

Setting that personality aversion aside, what is my evaluation?

Perhaps surprisingly, I think Miles Mathis's best work is his science.

I'm not saying he is right - or indeed wrong - in his particular theories and claims; because his field of concern is not mine, and I am unable to evaluate specifics.

But - from the overall impression and from many small details - I recognize the mental workings and truth-seeking commitment of a real scientist doing real science

This is rare - especially in physics, which has been corrupted for longer than any other branch of science. And it means that Mathis has a chance of being right or on-the-right-lines; whereas the overwhelming majority of those in 'official' science have zero chance of being right, since they are merely professional research bureaucrats who are "not even trying" to seek or speak the truth.

The rest of Mathis's output can be divided into criticism, critique, and depictions of his visual art works.

The visual art work strikes me as good quality commercial art/ illustration, and I am unsurprised that he can (apparently) make a living from doing it. But - judged as 'art' it is spiritually empty at best, and sometimes it is nasty and evil-tending.

The sense of queasiness and repulsion induced by some of MM's art is mirrored in the effect of much of the writing; and in his self-satisfied (unopposed, pridefully-affirmed, multiply-defended) egotism.

He deploys the kind of ranting aggressive manner associated with the later Nietzsche in his 'Antichrist' phase. I mean the Nietzsche whose chapter headings in his last (pre-totally-insane from syphilis dementia) book Ecce Homo include "Why I am so clever", "Why I am so wise", and "Why I write such excellent books".

This is a manner which, I believe, emanates from someone who lacks a coherent metaphysics and who knows it unconsciously, and wants to keep that knowledge unconscious. One who has excluded the necessary assumptions from-which he could (in principle) discern, critique and advocate values - yet continues to engage in making multiple (quasi-objective) value affirmations and rejections.

In other words; an aggressive assertiveness that brooks no resistance is - it seems to me - the characteristic affect and affectation of a moralist whose deepest beliefs are nihilistic. It is a proximately in-your-face confidence and fluency; overlying an implicit and unacknowledged/ denied conviction of ultimate emptiness, futility, despair.

This is my diagnosis of the many essays focused upon explaining the calculated fakery and manipulation in service to evil that is mainstream modern culture and discourse.

I, of course, agree that mainstream modern West is indeed dishonest and evil - I would say more-so than at any time or place in human history (Mathis, by contrast, regards all of history as essentially The Same, Always bad in the same way as now, and he never seems to discuss the development of human consciousness).

But my explanations are rooted in a belief in God and that we dwell in a divine creation; and that this mortal world is inhabited by spiritual entities; which include the supernatural evil of immortal demons who oppose God's will and divine creation - and whose ultimate goal is the damnation of souls.

...Whereas Mathis explains the characteristic evils of this mortal world in terms of 'secular materialism' - in terms of a selfish and self-gratifying tribalism that holds-together, increases and extends throughout millennia of human history. Thus he (like the late Nietzsche) is focused on genealogy; on the lineages of heredity and ideology of the Evil-Establishment.

This (to my mind) self-contradictorily entails that MM posits an extreme degree of multi-generational purpose, planning and organization; and a sustained and developing global networking... yet such massive cooperation and coordination is posited as happening among people who are (by the same theories) most deeply motivated by their own selfish lusts.

In other words; MM's theories posit ultra-selfishness and self-indulgence, with simultaneously the greatest imaginable degree of long-termist systematic teamwork. This I regard as an impossible combination for mortal and temporary human beings - although exactly what would be expected from immortal demons.

When I looked at the detail of Mathis's specific essays on specific cultural and artistic or literary topics - even when I agreed with his general conclusions, which was quite often - it was evident that most were only very superficially researched and understood; and that the argument method and mode was stereotyped, mechanical, and vastly over-generalized - such that anything at all could be 'proved' or refuted using them.

I was kept reading when my agreement or relative ignorance led my mood to be dominated by my negative-pleasure at reading unrestrained and deft rubbishing of things I felt needed to be rubbished.

But when it came to serious matters; and especially to matters of core values and the proper motivations to a Good man in this world of evil lies - well, there was nothing there

Furthermore, when I knew the subject matter; the arguments were - in many cases - full of errors and arbitrary false-assumptions, including mistakes in exactly those aspects upon-which the argument depends.

Overall, therefore, I find Miles Mathis to be someone who has good surface instincts; but - because of his God-rejecting, creation-rejecting, anti-spiritual heart - has ended-up indirectly working for the wrong side in the spiritual war of this world.

Once the excitement of his prose and persona have worn-off; what is left, is merely the same fear, resentment, despair and nihilism that characterize The West in these days.

Reading Miles Mathis in quantity or with attention; therefore tends to induce exactly the same mind-set that the demonic spirits most desire to induce in the people of this world; and which they propagate by their human agents of fake-liberation, globalist totalitarianism, and spiteful destructiveness of all that is Good.

As for Mathis himself - somewhat as with Nietzsche, his position is so extreme in its surface-depths incoherence, that its inherent contradictions make it unstable. It is this incipient instability which is being self-concealed by the self-distractions of externally-directed ranting aggressiveness.

But I feel that Mathis may - sooner or later, and perhaps post-mortally - eventually choose to cure these inner contradictions, by adopting metaphysical assumptions that make sense of his superficial opposition to the lies and exploitations of this modern world.

That is, MM is a pretty strong candidate for choosing theism, and Christianity - as soon as he applies his intelligence to fundamental matters of life, death and eternity - with the same diligence he applies it to the phenomena of this world.

On the other hand; Miles Mathis could choose to flip the other way.

If he holds-onto his nihilism, it will infect and permeate his superficial opinions; and he will gravitate to the swelling ranks of pseudo-radicalism, of controlled-opposition - of those who deeply endorse the core assumptions of this evil world, while publicly fussing over the morality of meaninglessly-specific details.

Christianity is easy, but... Three reasons why there are so few Christians

Since anybody can become a Christian in an instant, nothing he does can ever sabotage irretreivably that decision, and cannot be compelled to abandon this choice - how come there are so few Christians?

One reasons is that non-Christians, including self-identified 'Christians', fail to repent their sins. The devil can usually make us sin, but cannot stop us from repenting - we must do that to ourselves. In any case, everyone sins - so that sin does not matter of itself (Christ came to save sinners).

Anyone who repents his sins is immune to Satan! But anyway people fail to repent; even though they always could and nothing could stop them.

They usually fail because they fail to identify sin as sin; and instead regard their sin as either irrelevant or as virtue. Repentance entails recognition - and it is this recognition that is typically lost.

This is value-inversion, and is dominant in the world today as never before; because top-down, official, propagandized and enforced.

Anyone determined to follow Jesus Christ to resurrected eternal life in Heaven - and put that as his first priority - cannot be prevented from attaining this by any power on earth, or Hell.

So what goes wrong so often?

Typically, that the individual Does Not Want resurrected eternal life in Heaven; but wants something else instead.

Even among self-identified Christians, it is evident that many do not want what Jesus offered - but either some modification or something else altogether.

Satan cannot prevent someone who wants resurrection from achieving it, but he may be able to persuade people not to want it - and he does.

Another reason is the so-called Christian Churches; and the idea that one can only be a Christian if some or another of the Churches gives you the green light (and the idea that if you leave, or break the rules of, that Church - then you are no longer a Christian).

Yet, as of 2020, the leadership of the major Christian Churches has joined the side of Satan - and most Church members are willing to go along with this. In the spiritual war of this mortal life, the Churches have taken the side against God.

How come? Partly by decades of cumulative corruption of the concept of 'what it is to be a Christian', such that now the primary and essential requirements include to support strategies of sin...

And partly by pretending to fight the spiritual (and now also material) war for one or another peripherally or partially Christian-compatible reason; when in truth the war is organized against Christ himself.

This being the 'Antichrist' mode of operation.

In sum; Jesus arranged things so that it is easy to become and to remain a Christian - and no earthly power can prevent this

But earthly powers can - if you let them - convince you not to want to be a Christian, and/or can persuade you that being-a-Christian is something other than what it is.

The choice is yours.

The Antichrist promises this-worldly, here-and-now, material happiness

William Wildblood had a recent post that provoked me into some thinking about The Antichrist, and what we might expect such a Being to be like and to do in our current context.

When he appears he will not be obviously evil like some of the despots of the 20th century. He may even appear benign by the materialistic standards we have built up over the last 2 centuries. But he will seek to divert us from true divine understanding and spiritual life. We need to understand that anything or anyone that promises happiness and fulfilment in this world, whatever it calls itself, is not of God.

This meshed together with what strike me as absurd expressions of optimism from some Christians at the prospects from Elon Musk having taken-over that most egregious of all social media: Twitter.

Apparently; Christians are supposed to rejoice that the prime apparatus of societal corruption will now be operated more efficiently and inclusively!

Yet, EM is, of course, precisely the kind-of-person we would expect in an Antichrist figure. That is, Musk seems to be among the more-pleasant and less-evil of the obscenely rich globalist oligarchs. His is the 'acceptable face' of the Great Reset - despite implementing the 'Skynet' infrastructure - surely one of its vilest aspects.

My point is that Musk is just the type of individual who can serve an Antichrist function; whereas anyone who is an obvious villain or psychopath (or actively and explicitly anti-Christian) is not suitable.

You might suppose that Christians would be alert to the problem, because Musk certainly is not a Christian. Yet, with EM, people are always adding 'but at least'...

As Wildblood makes clear; the core objective of evil in these times is materialism and denial of the primacy of the spiritual - of God and creation. To focus men's minds exclusively on this-mortal-life in this-world.

Exclusion of the spirit can effectively done by channeling concern into 'good causes', potential utopias, vast social aspirations... as well as the more usual tyrannical oppression, induced self-hatred and 'gaslighting'.

I don't believe that EM is the Antichrist - but Antichrist is a type; and Musk is of that type.

If or when 'The' Antichrist does emerge onto the world stage - we should expect him to appear as just such an apparently personable, Christian-friendly, social idealist.

Seductions of the spirit of Antichrist

I’m excited. I’ll be honest, it feels good not to be so cynical. I like being hopeful and feeling like the Church is uniting (other than the German bishops, of course.) It’s pretty rare that I get to write pieces about Pope Francis that are hopeful and joyful. I’m taking my opportunity while I can. I’ll say my morning rosary and then head to Mass. I don’t know if a parish near me is having people gather for the consecration or if I’ll watch it on EWTN. I’ve seen this “Joy of the Faith” guy before being interviewed. He’s my mood today. Upbeat. Almost Ned Flanders-ish. I’m hopeful and prayerful today. I should be like this more.

Thus spake Matthew Archbold talking of his positive emotional response to yesterday's fake-consecration of the Fire Nation .

MA is author of a worthwhile, well-written, traditional Roman Catholic blog called Creative Minority Report (its title presumably referencing Benedict XVI hope for the RCC rebuilding from a small but faithful and motivated 'Creative Minority')

I'm sure many readers can recognize and sympathize with the cause of Archbold's apostasy from real Christianity and convergence with The System; but it is seldom we get to see the event expressed so candidly and unaffectedly.

When a Christian's faith and hope are located externally in a this-worldly institution - including any church; and when all institutions are progressively absorbing-into the evil totalitarian leftist Global System; then we are all (sooner-or-later) brought to a 'moment' when we must choose to go with the institution or stand-apart, and perhaps alone.

And, we must face it honestly; it 'feels good not to be cynical'! Going with the worldly-flow, after feeling isolated from it, is indeed exciting. Such feelings can even seem 'hopeful and joyful' even though that is an illusion - since joining one's heart to The System is the negation of hope and joy.

But Men are - with very few exceptions - not built to be solitary; and very few of us can endure psychological isolation for very long.

We so-very-much want to 'belong' - and when the only option is to belong-with an evil-affiliated institution, then many people will take the evil option - rather than living-with the 'cynicism' of recognizing the world's evil and repenting it.

I can see that those churches which have been most successful at building communities - for example Mormons in some parts of the world, or evangelical protestants in the mega-churches - have created such a complete 'sub-society' and a strong and sustaining sense of belonging that when the church leadership unmasked back in March 2020, and called upon their flocks to abandon Christ and join the anti-church of the birdemic-peck; so many church members followed.

Having suddenly lost their church community life, they were desperate to 'unite' around something until it may be restored - and the birdemic was that something.

Anything was better than than self-exclusion; than being left out in the cold; alone, embittered, cynical

For those Christians who 'held-out' for truth and faith during the birdemic years, who maybe even resisted both the blandishments of antiracism in the summer of 2020 and the constant drum-beat of climate-excused economic vandalism and the 'inclusionary' denial of sex and sexuality; this latest anti-crusade against the Fire Nation (of which the pseudo-consecration is a part) came as a very welcome excuse to rejoin the mainstream - again to feel part of something bigger ('the church is uniting'); to feel - after so long a drought - again 'upbeat'.

This is a measure of what Christians are up-against. It is the spirit of Antichrist - which partially-simulates Christ as a way of turning the heart against Christ.

Which rewards every step into apostasy; and inverts valuations to make the descent to hell feel almost-like a spiritual ascent: upbeat, hopeful, prayerful, a community...

...Because, 'at least' in stepping onto the down-escalator we will 'enjoy' plenty of 'good company'; with loads of fun, sexy, and clever casual-friends; guided on our way by all the prestigious institutional leaders of the world - from Popes and Presidents, to CEOs, Generals, Police 'commissioners', Lawyers, Doctors, Scholars, Artists, Writers, Sportsmen, Actors...

Everybody who is anybody in the world today*...

Therefore it is necessary to recognize the tough reality that when Christians argue for truth against lies, for God against Satan, for Heaven against This-world; we are also arguing (if nothing else changes) for a profound act of psychological isolation - including self-isolation from those institutions such as churches that have been focal and dominant in our lives.

For most people this is felt as 'way too much to ask' - their personalities are not equipped to stand (almost) alone against The World.

Too much to ask... unless something equal or better can provide compensation.

And this is why I have come to believe that traditionalist concepts of Christianity cannot suffice except from a very small minority of heroes of faith; those who have the introverted detachment to survive psychologically despite the permanent misery of having everything they most value in their church taken from them, and turned against them - as the Papacy has been turned against faithful Roman Catholics.

(And the analogous has happened for Protestants and Mormons. And the analogous has happened when medicine was turned against real doctors, professional research against real scientists, the education system against real teachers, and universities against scholars - to give only example from my personal experience. What had once been a sustaining social environment with some significant dedication to high values was, in all instances, subverted and inverted into an Antichrist-parody of its former-self.)

This is why I have come to believe that Romantic Christianity is our best (and indeed only) viable and effective path forward.

Why? Mostly because it is what God wants of us (by my understanding). But a sign of this divine destiny is that Romantic Christianity can - by its recognition, nurturing and valuing of the inner-divine, and directly-known-spiritual - compensate and more for the necessary degree of societal isolation that staying a Christian requires of us here-and-now.

In a sense, every Christian must become a mystic - in frequent and direct 'contact' with the divine and living-conscious world - which is all around and within us as well as in the persons of God and Christ; because otherwise there will be next-to-nothing to 'enjoy' in life.

But with a mystical apprehension of Christianity, of reality - life (yes, even this mortal life - seen in the context of eternal resurrection) becomes a source of abiding joy and hope; as well as of excitement and adventure.

This actual world is knowable, experience-able, as a place of High Drama, challenge and victory - Love and Courage.

And the stakes get higher almost every day...

Romantic Christianity is a choice, and a conscious choice - that any Christian of any denomination can make. Indeed, it is to encourage exactly this choice that these times are as they are.

I expect to see traditionalist and church-orientated Christians continue to fall-away from faith in wave after wave; as each new Litmus Test is devised and implemented by Satan and his Establishment minions, in order to seduce them into the very temporary delights of sheer belonging

And this Great Apostasy will continue-to-happen until we consciously agree to learn what God is trying so hard to teach us.

*Note added: The Romantic Christian need not be alone in his quest; however (if he is unfortunate enough to lack a loving family); he will himself need to seek, evaluate, discern and choose his companions for the adventures and tests of mortal life - this will not be done for him by any external institution.

The un-naturalness of belief in the Litmus Test issues signifies allegiance with the side who are against divine creation

I have often mentioned the 2020-21 Litmus Tests - belief in/ support for any one of which, by a person or institution - is strong evidence of affiliation with those who oppose, God, The Good and Divine Creation in this global spiritual war.

The four tests are probably the core aspects of the Leftist agenda as it has become here-and-now; which recognizes Leftism as having been the major and most successful demonic strategy against Christianity:

Birdemic-peck

CO2 climate

Antiracism

Sexual revolution (especially 'trans', also 'homo')

It is striking that all of these are characterized by unnaturalness - that none of them are a consequence of normal human commonsense operating on personal experience.

Belief in the major health significance of the birdemic is not a result of individual persons observing the perceptible world. It is an outcome of official and media selection, distortion and lies - amplified by the multiple and severe real problems that have secondarily been caused by the 'response' to the constructed birdemic. In sum the birdemic is a System construct made from 'information' - it is not an entity which could or would have been noticed by any individual person.

Likewise the CO2 climate agenda. It makes a shallow pretense of environmentalism; yet 'climate' has displaced concern for the environment - and causes obvious and significant environmental damage. This is because environmental degradation can be observed by any individual - but CO2 concentrations cannot. The link between (for instance) a waste pipe spewing rancid toxins and dead fish floating downstream is commonsense and observable. But 'global' discourse concerning CO2 measurements and claims about how these will affect future world conditions are hypothetical in the most extreme way imaginable: layers upon layers of selection, modelling, inference...

Antiracism and the sexual revolution are example of inversion of the natural, spontaneous and humanly universal. The reality of male and female sex, and the superiority of reproductively viable sexual behaviour were naturally taken for granted in all times and places until very recently and in just a few places. All known past societies have naturally (obviously!) regarded their own race and 'nation' as deserving of consideration above others. To think otherwise (as is now praised, rewarded and mandatory) is a stunning inversion of the natural - and could only become normalized in the context of a system that was itself intentionally anti-natural.

In sum, the Litmus Test issues - which form the current core of the mainstream, universal, global strategy for the totalitarian Establishment - are unnatural such that none could plausibly be a consequence of common sense reasoning applied to personal experience and observation.

In other words; belief in any (or all) of the Litmus Test issues cannot arise spontaneously but only be a consequence of choice...

And that choice has been to accept the 'good-ness', truth, validity of the Leftist ideological system - which is the only source of those 'facts' and 'concepts which lead to belief in the Litmus Tests - and thereby the choice was made to ally oneself with the aims and plans of that ideological system.

This explains why the Litmus Tests work so well as a way of detecting allegiance in the spiritual war: God or Satan.

Many people are self-deceived concerning which side they serve (i.e. wrongly believing themselves to be on God's side); and many more are attempting to deceive others (e.g. 'liberal Christian' bishops) - but exactly because the Litmus Tests are unnatural, the tests discriminate between the sides, whatever claims may be.

That which is unnatural is not supported by reality; and that which cannot be discovered from personal experience and common sense must be generated by external systems.

Validity then depends on the validity of the system from which the unnatural is derived. When that system does not see truth, beauty and virtue but inverts these - when it instead depends on lies and propaganda, is ugly and destructive of beauty and overthrows all natural, spontaneous and traditional virtue - then we are confronted by the dishonest and evil-seeking ideology of Leftism.

Those who live in accordance with a dishonest ideology Just Are against Divine Creation - they are participating in the destruction of creation and its replacement with a fake anti-creation; just as they are supporting Satan against God, and Antichrist against Christ.

It is all a package; and that someone self-identifies as 'A Christian' or is the devout member of 'A Christian Church' makes no real difference.

The Litmus Tests are a more accurate guide to spiritual reality than names, because these issues are what are of prime importance to the Establishment, Now

To be A Christian in every belief except those issues which most matter to Satan and which best serve the Satanic agenda, is not to be a Christian.

What about a fantasy of the overthrow of End Times evil?

We have had many and famous dystopias in the mass media for many decades; but most of the most popular of these have included a 'happy ending' whereby the controlling baddies (those who make and serve the oppressive System) are overthrown, and replaced by some-thing apparently much better.

Typically, this is narratively possible because in these dystopias there are relatively few baddies oppressing a mass majority of decent people - and the badness has a focus which can be attacked and beaten.

What we have not seen is a dystopia corresponding to the one that we have here-and-now; and that is because this is an End Times dystopia based-upon a very pervasive value-inversion that afflicts the mass majority almost as much as it affects their more-overtly-evil oppressors.

(By Biblical analogy: this is an Antichrist dystopia.)

In other words - we have a majority of baddies: that is, a majority of people on the side of evil, or at least collaborating with evil; and doing-so because they believe that their evil is good (and that good is evil).

(This works by the multiplicity of Litmus Test issues - supporting any one of which brings an individual or institution onto the side of evil - sooner or later.)

Thus, the masses do not want the oppressive System to be overthrown - but instead reformed, made nicer and kinder

Furthermore (and because of our evil being pervasive, endemic) is that there is no focus to evil in 2021; at least, not the kind of focus that can be fought, overthrown, and replaced with the modern equivalent of a Good King.

Modern evil is bureaucratic; the baddies now consist of multiple intersecting and overlapping committees. No individual is essential, and probably the top dozen, score, hundred or even thousand baddest-of-baddies worldwide could be eliminated without provoking more than a hiccup of The System.

All of which makes it apparently impossible to do the trick of imagining an analogous dystopia to this one; and then imagining a way in which is could plausibly and helpfully be overthrown.

Maybe it is not impossible to do this imaginative and creative feat? But I haven't yet seen anyone succeed; indeed I haven't seen anyone even try...

From other Romantic Christians

William Wildblood has provided a characteristically lucid explanation of why 'neutrality' with respect to the spiritual war between evil and those who have chosen to follow Jesus Christ is no longer an option.

Francis Berger gives a detailed, and personal, analysis of the shift from a world in 'lockdown' to a world of 'lockout' - where it is planned that those who do not comply will (incrementally) be excluded from society.

WmJas Tychonievich takes-up one of my posts about Antichrist from a few days ago, re-explains it more clearly - and develops an ingenious and witty analogy with the shift from the heliocentric (Sun-centred - God-centred), to the geocentric (earth-centred - this-worldly) to the current moon-centred 'lunacy' of the birdemic-peck plan.

Beyond Antichrist to the Reciprocal Antichrist

The Antichrist phenomenon (and I regard it as essentially a phenomenon rather than a person) is discourse that is mostly-Christian but where the core assumptions behind the discourse are anti-Christian - so that no matter how many Christian words or concepts, or how much Christian symbolism and ritual, are deployed - the end result is in service of Satan.

'The' Antichrist (as a person) is envisaged as pretending to be a representative and champion of Christ (or perhaps even pretending to be Christ himself) - while covertly working against the salvation of men.

It seems to me that we are beyond the Antichrist stage in our culture; since anyone now pretending to represent Christ would have no social or political appeal or traction; is indeed himself regarded as 'evil'. Because, by now, our core value system has been very thoroughly inverted - with genuine truth, beauty and virtue officially, legally and in mass media regarded as their opposites - and vice versa.

The era of Antichrist was therefore some time ago, back in the twentieth century, in the first post-Christian generations who still valued Christian values.

Since then, most people value one or several Leftist values as their core and bottom line beliefs - values such as socialism, feminism, sexual revolution/ 'liberation', environmentalism (especially 'climate'), antiracism, and (especially since 2020)  health.

The phenomenon I am calling Reciprocal Antichrist can be seen in relation to health - by which I mean specifically that abstraction termed 'public health' which is distanced from your health and my health; but is referenced to statistical summaries and analyses of 'health'-measures; and top-down assertions regarding 'well-being'.

The Antichrist aspect was that - for many people - health - specifically public health - became the primary value. This was most strongly represented by the World Health Organization, which is part of the United Nations - which is, since before its inception, intended by the globalist ultra-wealthy and powerful to become the World Government.

Therefore, healthism is, in practice, 'public health'-ism.

Thus the original Antichrist of 'health' was the officially-sanctioned statistical representation of officially defined health measures - for various sized groups of people, but ultimately The World. The ultimate goal of this Antichrist phenomenon was thus the greatest health of The World (and officially defined).

So 'healthism' was an Antichrist phenomenon - but with the birdemic, we see this becoming the reciprocal of its former self. There has been an Antichrist of the Antichrist of healthism.

Thus, in the name of Global Public Health, claiming itself to be "healthism", and using the 'words, symbols and rituals' of the primacy of health; we are getting an Anti-health movement.

The first step was re-organizing global health services (indeed, the global economy and social living) to focus almost-exclusively on a single and minor attributed-cause of disease - and thereby (inevitably and severely) worsening overall health.

Then, as a second phase; by introducing an unneccessary, ineffective and in fact net-harmful intervention (i.e. 'the peck' - actually not a 'the', but instead a variety of loosely-defined, occult and open-endedly-evolving injected agents, serially administered over the lifespan) - and with the explicit intention of compelling this peck upon the entire human species - repeatedly and permanently

Yet, the peck is argued and implemented with a large range of 'healthist' terminology and rationalization - as if it was indeed an agent of better health.

Therefore if we regard healthism as a first-time Antichrist phenomenon; then the birdemic has ushered-in a a second and Anti-Antichrist phenomenon - which inverts into a reciprocal the already-inverted pseudo-equations of healthism.

With each Antichrist phenomenon there is a reduction and a distortion of the original - so that while health is indeed one of the 'Goods' of Christianity (as shown in the miraculous healings of Jesus, albeit a secondary Good being subordinated to the spiritual); health-ism replaced the personal understanding of health with a grossly-simplified and -distorted statistical summary of quantitative measurements of the health of many persons.

This means that when healthism is inverted by a further Antichrist move; we are Not returned to what we had before the first inversion; because what is being secondly-inverted was already a distorted sample; and because the second inversion involves yet further simplification of healthism (from measures of overall-health to a single disease) and distortion (by subordination of all other diseases to the birdemic).

All the above helps explain why there is such deep contradiction at work in the world, and so many and expanding lies; and how no sense can be made of the world of public discourse.

Because things are even worse than the above description - since there are parallel processes at work with socialism, feminism, antiracism, environmentalism etc.

These were already Antichrist phenomena, and they are now being subjected to further Antichrist inversions by further abstraction, reductionism and distortion: such that Reciprocal Antichrist socialism now destroys the actual working class; Reciprocal Antichrist feminism destroys actual women; Reciprocal Antichrist antiracism destroys actual individuals of the races it purports to privilege; Reciprocal Antichrist environmentalism destroys the actual environment etc...

All while justifying their own activities with statistical summaries and analyses of officially-defined-as-valid indirect and proxy measures of groups - local, national and ultimately global.

It all sounds terribly complex and confusing - yet it is all really very simple when looked at from the spiritual war between Good and evil.

It is a matter of discerning which side is which, and taking the side of God, Good and divine creation.

And this anyone can do: if he really wants to do it...

It is that 'wanting' that is lacking.

Nietzsche's The Antichrist - the argument extended

Frederick Nietzche is generally known as one of the most vehement and radical foes of 'Christianity' - certainly he described himself as such in his last main book The Antichrist

Yet as I read Nietzsche's argument in The Antichrist now; it seems to be directed against mainstream, modern, Establishment materialist Leftism - against 2020 systemic totalitarianism triumphant - rather than against Christianity as I understand it.

Indeed, read this way, The Antichrist is a brilliant exposition of the dominant reductionist and secular negative- ideology that has infiltrated, subverted, inverted and (since the global church closures of least year) all-but destroyed institutional Christianity.

Nietzsche's criticism's of Christianity are characteristic of modern, mainstream, secular, bureaucratic Leftism: The morality based on resentment; the incoherence of equality; that mass inculcation of 'pity' which is designed to paralyze with guilt; and to induce self-hatred, nihilism, despair and the desire for death (eg. abortion, euthanasia, assisted suicide).

Nietzsche's assumption was that there was only 'this world' and he failed to recognize that, if true, this negated all possible justifications for Life of the kind he sought. His diagnosis of Ahrimanic evil was exact and prescient.

But - at the time of his final dementia and mutism - he had not recognized that his alternative of a morality of Life (by which he meant individual spontaneous instinct) was subhuman, selfish, destructively short-termist - and by nature and merely atavistic, regressive and Luciferic.

In other words, Nietzsche had not got beyond a negative critique based upon unexamined assumptions. The development of human consciousness means that the Luciferic is unattainable (even if it were desirable) and the Ahrimanic inevitably defeats it. Thus the German National Socialists (who revered Nietzsche, and issued Zarathustra as a Bible-equivalent) began with a philosophy of Life; but inevitably ended with escalating bureaucracy.

This failure of the Luciferic is why the actual effect of Nietzsche on the atheistic anti-Christian culture which followed, has been to lead towards the Sorathic world of spiteful destruction - a program of civilizational/ national/ personal annihilation - instead of his hoped-for fantasy of pagan strength, courage and dominance.

What Nietzsche should have done (and perhaps would have done - given more time; and an intuitive recognition of such realities as God, creation and life beyond mortality) was to move on from his negative critique of historical-actual church-dominated Christianity, to apply his creative insights - his direct-knowing - to remaking Christianity instead of trying to destroy it.

As things stood; Nietzsche was using a double-standard - applying his 'methods' only against Christianity; and not against the assumptions from-which he critiqued Christianity.

Nietzsche's own method, if thoroughly applied, would have led him back to Christianity - but Christianity of a very different nature than the one from which he began.

Also, as I have said before, I think it likely that Nietzsche was himself 'saved' - i.e. that after death he chose to follow Jesus Christ to resurrected eternal life in Heaven.

Why? How? Well, in a nutshell, what Nietzsche had against Christianity was that he believed it was not true

If when, after death, Nietzsche discovered that Christianity was true; then a Man of his creativity and honesty - and with his passionate human motivations - would likely have chosen active, eternal, interpersonal Life in Heaven; rather than the anti-Life lies, ugliness and sordid sins of Hell; or the living-death, un-conscious, blissed-out passivity of Nirvana.

Sin and antiracism

Which is worse - racism, or antiracism?

Not a difficult question really - although almost everybody gets it wrong.

Racism isn't a sin - not as such; although when a concept has become so wide, vague, incoherent and expediently-applied as 'racism' in 2021 - naturally it includes some attitudes and behaviours that would be sinful.

But of itself - as the concept is actually used, here-and now* - obviously racism is not a sin.

And indeed 'racism' is often (in real life - usually; in the media - always) descriptive of virtuous behaviour such as truthfulness. Or of net-good institutions - such as real Christianity or historical Christendom.

What then of antiracism? Well clearly this is a sin.

For a start it is an unnatural vice - adopted deliberately - therefore blameworthy.

Antiracism is an act of affiliation; and what it affiliates-with is the global totalitarian establishment; which is atheist, materialist, anti-Christian, and anti-God: being an advocate and implementer of value-inversion by which (in terms of the transcendent values of truth, beauty and virtue) good is regarded as evil, evil is advocated as good.

Antiracism is a major instance of value-inversion.

Inversion is the most extreme form of evil - the type of evil which is most prone to cause eternal damnation of souls - because inversion leads Men to fear and hate Heaven, and to desire Hell.

That antiracism is an evil is confirmed in practice by the fact that no extremity of antiracism is proscribed - antiracism is routinely applied without limit, regardless of context, void of balance. This is a hallmark of sin; because true specific virtues can (and must) be contextually-balanced with other virtues.

Antiracism is, indeed, an evil so extreme as to have been almost incomprehensible in ancient times; or indeed until a few generations ago. That this value-inversion is now blandly accepted as normal and compulsory, is a measure of the breadth and depth of corruption we have now reached.

So there is asymmetry between racism and antiracism.

Racism (as the term is used) usually describes virtuous and natural behaviour, or a minor wrongness that is not a sin...

While antiracism is indicative of a person or institution having made the choice to ally with The System/ The Matrix/ the Virtual Reality; the choice to join one's efforts with the agents of Satan in this world.

That is, in the spiritual war of this world; to have taken the side working against God, divine creation and the Good.

In 2021, to be called a racist by Power is usually indicative of some degree of virtue, and perhaps high virtue and courage.

(Leaving-aside that many 'racists' have turned-out to be employees of the Establishment - agents provocateurs or false flags; deliberate liars of evil intent.)

At worst 'racist' is indicative of an existentially-trivial misdemeanor.

But to adopt the stance of anti-racism is to declare ones allegiance to strategic evil.

Antiracism is a spiritually-lethal sin.

This is why antiracism, but not racism, is a litmus test for these times; and why antiracist 'Christian churches' are anti-Christian - are indeed active manifestations of the Antichrist spirit in these End Times.

Antiracism is serious stuff; as serious as your fate in eternity.

*What you personally think ought to be the correct definition of racism; or how the concept used-to-be used, is irrelevant.

Christians cannot 'Be Good' in 2021 - but Can avoid being corrupted by evil

Christians have long had a confused and confusing understanding of the relationship between 'being Good' and following Jesus.

Although the core and radical message of Jesus's teaching would seem certain to be that 'being Good' - approximately equivalent to adhering to religious law -  had absolutely nothing to do with whether or not someone was a follower of Jesus, and whether or not they would end-up in Heaven; nonetheless there are apparently contradictory sentences scattered even in the Fourth Gospel - and more abundant in Matthew, Luke and Paul's Epistles... sufficient to enable Christian churches through history (in some times and places especially) to equate 'being a Christian' and salvation with adherence to the prescribed rules: i.e. with Being Good.

Much of this is surely to do with the worldly requirements of running a church, which is at least partly a human institution. Experience of attempting to remove or de-emphasize 'the rules' have nearly-always led to churches dwindling and declining; and, by contrast, churches that have a multitude of strict and strictly-enforced lifestyle rules (only tenuously, if at all, traceable to the practice or teachings of Jesus - such as the absolute forbidding of wine consumption) have often been the churches that grew fastest and functioned best.

But now, we have entered a post-religious era in which all major churches (including Christian) have aligned-themselves explicitly with The System . There is now - in essence - only one, unified, global bureaucracy - and it is multiply-linked to the atheist, materialist, leftist, value-inverting world government.

All institutions, organizations and corporations of any significant size and power are already willingly, enthusiastically, integrated with this anti-Christian (indeed Antichrist) System. And this System is what publicly - backed by force of propaganda, regulation and law - defines what is Good.

This is new territory for Christians. There is now a widening opposition between between Being Good (as defined by religious authorities) versus Being a Christian. Already and increasingly those who are Good are on the side of the Satanic System; while those who are Christian are regarded (by Christian Churches) as Not Good.

Yet Christians cannot discard the ideal of being Good, and advocate or embrace an 'anything goes' life; because unrepented sin is corrupting. Unrepented sin allies us, each and individually, with the evil agenda against God, divine creation and The Good. Indeed that is what sin is, by its nature - sin is that which turns us away from God's purposes.

It is, indeed, unrepented sin which has decisively corrupted the major Christian churches by such a quantum leap over the past year. By explicitly and willingly putting material 'health' as their priority above the spiritual, churches gravely sinned - and have neither acknowledged nor regretted their sin.

This came on top of decades of increasing, denied and never-repented, dishonesty among religious leaders and 'Good' Christians - which has a continually-increasing and ramifying consequences of corruption.

This is closely linked to the pervasive take-over of Christian values by leftist ideologies, that are intrinsically rooted in multiple Big Lies (about class, sex, race, environment etc.) and therefore require always-expanding dishonestly to cover the propagating lies.

By incremental degrees; dishonesty has destroyed discernment so that now self-identified Christians cannot recognize even the most extreme and explicit evil.

The answer to Christian living in this Systemically-evil world, in which the church institutions are fully (because actively) implicated, is very simple and solidly Gospel-based - because it is to recognize that in Being Good (by worldly standards) we are sinning.

This is closely analogous with the Pharisees who Jesus so excoriated; Men whose Being Good was actually setting themselves actively against God and divine creation.

The answer can never be to 'stop sinning', because that is impossible - and because impossible - clearly not the plan of God the creator. If God had wanted men to stop sinning, he would have made it possible!

The plan is that we learn from our sinning, and - by acknowledging and repenting our inevitable sins - we continually affirm our personal

We cannot cease from sinning, and in this world of 2021, we are required to commit more, and more severe (because value-inverted), sins with every passing month.

That is The Plan of the new demon-allied totalitarian government: they plan to force everybody to commit and endorse more and more, increasingly severe sins; to endorse (rather than repent) these sins - and thereby corrupt and damn the world.

The world will - by this plan - by stages come actively to choose damnation. All unrepented sin is - in its effect - an active choice of damnation; because it is affirming sin as Good, it asserting inversion of the created-order.

(Once a Man asserts that sin is virtue, vileness is beauty, lies are truth - he has chosen his own damnation by allying with Satan against God, divine creation and The Good. This situation is, of course, the 'new normal': mainstream, common, approved.)

We cannot refrain from all, or even most sins - but there are some sins which we know that we cannot do without corruption; without embracing damnation.

And those are the sins that we must not do - and which we should be prepared to die rather than do.

In 2021 all Christians are - in effect - slaves of an evil Master, in a world where all Masters are evil.

Because we are slaves, our evil Master can and will (sooner or later) compel us to sin in order to live - to sin in order to stay-alive.

There is a point at which we must accept death and martyrdom rather than commit a sin that we know would break our spirit and be lethal to salvation - but until that point we will sin and sin, probably more and more - and must therefore repent and repent.

We are all sinners: You are a sinner.

Therefore, in order to stay alive; we must sin and repent.

This is a matter of survival - and since You are alive, this is what You are doing.

If you do not realize that this is what You are doing, here and now and as a normal, routine thing - and that you will continue to do this for as long as you are alive; then You are a self-damned, because unrepentant, sinner

And that is the only truly lethal kind of sinner.

If anyone still has difficulty in understanding the nature of the Antichrist - WmJas Tychonievich shows us explicitly how he operates...

The Antichrist phenomenon is generally misunderstood - not least because, as preparation for 'his' coming, false understandings have been seeded through popular culture for several decades.

Father Seraphim Rose first made clear to me what Antichrist is, in his essay concerning the Signs of the Times - meaning the End Times.

The Antichrist is not the overt and obvious enemy of Christ. Instead, the essence includes that the Antichrist presents 'himself' as the friend of Christianity, and operates via subversions and inversions of Christianity.

This is why it was prophesied that most of those who regarded themselves as Christian will be taken-in by the Antichrist, and thereby will find themselves unwittingly taking the side of evil in the spiritual war.

But all this is rather abstract - and sometimes it is useful to have a concrete illustration of how the Antichrist works: and WmJas Tychonievich has provided one in a recent blog post.

If you were confused about the sort of thing that Antichrist does; then Just Remember This

Once seen (I hope!) Never Forgotten...

The System Antichrist

Does your church have spiritual authority?

No. And it never will again.

In 2020 the Christian churches of the world voluntarily, without objection, with full publicity - handed-over their spiritual authority to the secular powers.

Whatever kind of Christian church - this happened...

Church buildings were closed. Pastors ceased to visit. There was no mass, no gathering of Christians to pray or sing, no laying-on of hands, no weddings or funerals or baptisms. Missionary activity ceased.

This was all done - willingly, while celebrating the fact - because church leaders handed-over full spiritual authority to the secular powers. Bishops did what they were told, said what they were supposed to say, and apparently thought what they were supposed to think; and did not do/ say/ think what they were told not to; protestant and other denominations likewise.

If, now, churches have-opened or will re-open - this is only because church leaders have been told it is okay. They believe they did right, and would do the same again.

They have also been told what they can and cannot do (say? think?) when the churches re-open - so the ultimate authority of the secular remains.

But what this all means is that spiritual authority in the world has been destroyed.

The secular authorities are atheist in assumptions, leftist in aims, anti-Christian in bias.

So there is no high-level spiritual authority in the world. It Has Gone.

It is gone - therefore it cannot be handed-back from the secular to the church leadership. When spiritual authority was handed over to the secular leadership spiritual authority died

(Spiritual authority is not the kind of thing that can be put into deep freeze for a year, thawed-out and re-activated!)

Christians really need to grasp that since early 2020 the world has changed, spiritually, permanently.

The Christian church - meaning 'the church' of all professing Christians; and also each of the specific major denominations of Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Anglican, Protestant denominations, Mormon and all others with a large institutional organization - has undergone the biggest and most devastating collapse since the time of Jesus.

2020 was the worst year for Christians, ever. Nothing in history comes close.

And the catastrophe is amplified many-fold by the near total denial that it has happened!

The mass of Christians (and almost all their 'leaders') are currently so corrupt that they cannot even notice and acknowledge when the fundamental supporting props of their church (whichever church) have been kicked away and stamped into dust!

Dishonesty is rife, and horribly compounded by dishonesty about dishonesty. In a world of insane nonsense; the simple and obvious truth is the one thing that is denied - and self-identified Christians are as bad as anybody.

Well, these are The End Times, with all that entails. We can't say we were not warned - for all the good it did.

What was not so clear from the prophecies is that the defining feature of the End Times is that Christians would not even notice

Although that is a feature of the Antichrist idea - that self-styled followers of Christ would be following an imposter.

But instead of a charismatic and fascinating Antichrist who pretends to the mantle of Jesus; we instead have the grey, managerial puppets of a dreary global bureaucracy of international political institutions, finance, mass media, big business, etc.

We have a System Antichrist that is not even claiming to be 'another Christ', nor Christian, nor religious nor or spiritual in any way...

Yet The System is followed by church leadership and the mass of Christians as if it was The Good Shepherd himself.

It is literally incredible... but the new normal: our everyday reality.

Is Christianity selfish? Yes! But why is that a bad thing?

There is a very funny novel by Michael Frayn called The Tin Men (1965) - set in a computer establishment where one of the characters is attempting to construct a 'Samaritan' robot that is 'altruistic'; such that it will willingly sacrifice its own existence for others.

The background assumption is that self-sacrificing altruism is the highest form of ethical behaviour - and this is indeed probably the mainstream assumption in all modern atheistic leftist societies (which, nowadays, means everywhere).

Considerable humour comes from the problems of programming this robot - in particular the difficulty that when the robot is made to want to sacrifice itself, and seems to get 'satisfaction' from doing so - then this no longer counts as self-sacrifice because it is merely selfishly doing what makes it happy.

The ideal seems to be a robot that will willingly sacrifice itself for others, or at least others who are also moral agents - if that can be detected - but will be made more miserable by doing so...

This is one of many paradoxes and incoherences that come from the common idea that altruism is the highest moral value and the proper guide to living.

One frequent idea is that the greatest public moral exemplars are those who - supposedly - live for the benefit of others despite cost to themselves.

(Or, at least, donate time or money to organizations that claim to facilitate this... hence the structural role of 'charities' in objectively validating the moral-superiority claims of the ruling classes: charitable work 'proves' that these are truly altruistic people who deserve their fame, wealth, power and status.)

But altruism merely kicks the can further down the road; because altruism fails to provide any meaning to life.

If my life is to be devoted to preserving and enhancing the satisfaction of other lives, and if this ethic is general (so that society aims at being composed of people all and always doing stuff for each other - but never for themselves) - then this fails to provide any understanding of what all these other lives are For

Why is it good for me to 'help others' - help others to do what, exactly?

What ever 'that' is - which altruism is directed towards - must itself surely be the primary reason for living?

(I felt this strongly when I worked as a doctor. The left-liberal altruistic ethic reduces to reducing-suffering in others - since this is regarded as a self-evident Good - so medicine ought to be a perfect exemplar. But it did not feel like that. As I then was I knew of no purpose or meaning in life and denied P & M in the universe; so I found it strange that I was supposed to get maximum life satisfaction from keeping people alive and functional to live lives that they themselves mostly regarded as meaningless, futile and miserable (especially in psychiatric practice). Yet everybody apparently assumed that this 'helping people' was one of the best things about being a doctor, and why I was a doctor.)

Altruism is vacuous as a guide for living.

Yet the nonsensical altruistic ideal persists - especially as the very basis of leftism - which claims to be the ethic of altruism; with society organized on that basis. Leftist ethics nearly all assume that it is the highest duty to live our lives (and donate our taxes) for 'other people' (or, at least, those 'other people' currently defined as worthy by the leftist Establishment).

Leftist governments (ie. all governments) assume total power to monitor and regulate all human lives on the basis that this is necessary to ensure that everybody lives and works primarily for everybody-else - and to do otherwise is selfish and evil. Anyone who fails actively to support the altruistic authorities is thus selfish and evil.

This leftist ethic of altruism is also used to attack Christianity; on the basis that (supposedly) Christians pretend to be more altruistic than anyone else, but are really super-selfish in their desire to sacrifice happiness in this world (including to allow preventable suffering in this world) in return for a promise of a joyous resurrected eternal life in Heaven.

(...Which is, anyway, impossible nonsense - hence merely a feeble excuse for callous indifference to others.)

Perhaps in response, a weird kind of Christianized-altruism (which is not really Christian) sometimes develops; which, if taken seriously, leads quickly to immiseration and death - as shown in the misguided and self-destructive life of George R Price which ended in suicide

Suicide is, indeed, a rational response to the ethic of altruism; since it may be understood as helping others by removing one's own baleful influence, or by ceasing to consume scarce resources...

Indeed, altruism suggests that it may be better never to be born in the first place; so that selfishness is not even a possibility, and others are left with more.

(This is another commonly expressed view - buttressed by the contemporary fake-environmentalism which sees all living Men as undesirable CO2-emitters.)

In sum - altruism amounts to an ethic of self-hatred and death; which is probably sufficient to explain why it is so vigorously propagated by the modern Global Establishment.

It is therefore vital to realize that altruism is not an ultimate ethic, nor indeed a good thing at all if taken as an abstract, general or universal commandment.

By contrast; the Christian morality is based upon love, and focused upon Heaven - which is a place of love: a place that is entered only via an eternal commitment to live by love.

And the reality of Christian love is seen, primarily, in the family; secondarily in marriage; and only much more rarely in friendships with unrelated people. And not all people are capable of love; and some people refuse it.

Which fact means that actual mortal Christian love is partial, i.e. involving particular persons. Mortal love is not universal, nor meant to be - and love may be strongly bound up with the greatest knowable joy, as well as voluntary misery.

"Abstract, universal love" ('of fellow Men' or whatever) is something other and not Christian love; indeed it often (not always) functions as an anti-Christian or indeed Antichrist phenomenon.

A Christian is one who believes that to love and to be loved is the greatest and most important thing in this mortal life (and beyond) - whatever emotions it brings.

But in this mortal life love is usually partial, may be infrequent, and is always temporary because of death.

Thus, the greatest desire of a Christian is that this love we have experienced partially may be made full and eternal...

Which is why Christians want to accept Jesus's offer of resurrected life everlasting in Heaven; where this ideal state of love is realized powerfully and forever. A Christian has decided that he wants this for himself; and hopes that many others will want it too - but especially those people (and other Beings) whom the Christian loves.

(And therefore - in its essence - Christianity has, indeed, nothing to do with altruism.)
